broken hot tub ice cold indoor pool

The staff told me the pool was heated but pool was ice cold and being indoors it was cold, we was told everyday the hot tub would be repaired and it never was we was there from Monday till Friday for our anniversary, 24 years. We only used this hotel because we wanted a guarantee we could swim and soak in hot tub due to the sudden change in the weather forecast . The hotel was very nice very clean but woulda been nice not to be lied to. Not being able to swim or hot tub really sucked.

Overall a great weekend. Close to all the places I wanted to go and If I needed a taxi it was available with just a call.

Stay here before a cruise

Great stay at country Inn. Excellent communication between the shuttle driver, Nick, and I to ensure proper pick up time and location. We were in constant contact. Hotel front desk staff warm and welcoming. Loved that the pool stays open til midnight. Walking distance to Pleasure Pier and many other restaurants and beach right across the street. A great one night stay before we headers out to cruise.

We loved it. It was in a great location...right across from pleasure pier...very close to the beach...bed was comfy...room was clean.

Found food from previous guest on floor under bed. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was minimum at best. Quick in and out. Small parking lot filled quickly. Hard to park bigger vehicle, ie. Suburban.

Pros: Absolutely nothing!!!
Cons: Better staff. Both the night and morning personnel were very rude. The morning personnel should learn how to dress appropriately.
My wife and I are just speechless about the service that we received. First, when we checked in, we were checked in to the wrong room. We had requested a king size bed and received instead two full size beds. The gentleman tried to get us the correct room but seemed like he didn't know what he was doing. Finally, the person who he was on the phone with figured out the room situation. When we got into the correct room, my wife noticed stains on the bed cover. I went down and requested new covers. We waited about an hour, but no one brought anything. This is by far the worst service that we have received. Way to ruin our anniversary. i will never book this hotel again!!!!!!

Never experienced anything like this hotel!

If you are expecting clean sheets, clean blankets and blankets without holes don't stay here. The manger was very rude and said she was tired of my family calling front desk. Called police to kick us out cause we kept asking for clean linen. All they had to do is give their guest a clean bed to sleep in when we first asked but we never got it and to top it off they put the same dirty linen we threw on the floor back on our beds. We knew this because the exact same stains and dried up substances was on the covers. As a military spouse I have traveled the world and stay at many hotels, but this was the worst experience for me! I'm glad I took pictures of everything. The good thing is the hotel was close the the beach and had great hot water!
