Pros: It was very nice and clean and the view was great.
Location: It has a great view of the island and is right on the seawall and within walking distances of some great restaurants.
The hotel was great, the room clean and comfortable and the view from the balcony was outstanding. The breakfast buffet was more than adequate and the staff was very accommodating. Our boat was late getting into port because of fog but the hotel was still wonderful. My only concern was that I was misinformed about the rate to get us to and from the ship port.

It was okay. Good location on the beach within close proximity to popular restaurants and entertainment. Mediocre cleanliness. While they were probably clean, the sheets were stained. Did have the features I wanted in a hotel. Free wifi, breakfast and parking with an indoor pool.

Birthday trip to Galveston

Pros: Loved the location, loved the balcony, loved the hot tub, loved the great breakfasts, loved the room!
Cons: Being able to get a massage while on vacation would be a great treat!
Location: Beautiful view of the beach!!! Great restaurants! Not far from Moody Gardens, which we visited!
My husband and I don't travel much but wanted to get away for my birthday. I chose the hotel because of the discount and the hot tub. Three days and two nights were perfect, and I felt I had made a great decision. Everything about our trip was wonderful!

Pros: The breakfast was good.
Cons: Customer service and cleanliness
Location: Galveston Island
We asked for an Ocean view room, which we were assured we would have, but it wasn't very good. The sheets had black marks all over them and there were NO sheets for the sofa bed. The carpet was stained, and the door lock was broken on one of the rooms doors so we were not able to stay together and ended up on different floors. We were told there was a free shuttle to the cruise ship and free parking, only to find out when we checked in that the shuttle was $10 per person. The pool was supposed to be opened but when we tried to go in, our cards wouldn't work. Over all we were very disappointed and I was embarrassed to bring my out of town family there for the night.

Pros: Location was good
Cons: Clean carpeting and correspondence from Expedia and hotel!
Location: Lots to do, but the wether was bad.
I had marked that their were 5 guest and on their record, they only had 2. They did not give us a room that would fit a roll away bed, so 3 of us had to sleep/try to sleep in one bed! Made for a bad experience.

Nice hotel, great seeing the water from our room!

We enjoyed walking less than a block to the water; seeing Pleasure Pier from our room, it was so colorful at night. The service at the hotel was friendly and helpful, we also enjoyed the good variety of breakfast items. The bed was comfortable and the room supplied with necessary things to make the stay pleasant.

Pros: convenience and access to sea wall and biker attractions.
Cons: ice machine in every floor
Location: Galveston Texas the things I like to do are in walking or a short drive from hotel.
Room was nice next time I might request a room with a view. All I could see was the roof next store.

Clean Hotel but terrible Staff

The hotel was very nice and clean and you have your own private balcony with great views. However, the staff was rude as ever! The lady at the front desk needs to be replaced because her customer service is terrible!! She basically tried to kick me and my friend out of the hotel for checking out 10 minutes late! It was ridiculous and she should be fired for her behavior!!!
