The towels in the bathroom were dirty. They also were made for a toddler. The quality was very low and the texture was rough. The curtain drapes were broken on the edges. It wouldn’t close properly until I got on a chair to position them in a certain way to hold closed. I didn’t use it but the refrigerator had a broken shelf on the inside. The remote wouldn’t work unless you angled it a certain way.

The staff was not friendly, nor welcoming. No greetings or smiles from anyone. The room smelled like cigarettes and dirty floors.
The morning housekeeping were extremely rude. (an older man & older woman) accuses the guests of stealing bed sheets. They were very hostile and seemed threatening.
Do not stay here.

The hotel staff was terrible the price went up once I got there and the room was nothing like the pictures and the pool was awful..

When we pulled up we were skeptical but once inside the room was nice. Nice clean cold sheets, the tub was not cleaned very good but overall not a bad stay. I would stay here again if traveling.

The place is shady, undesirable types hanging around outside the doors. Hair all over the bathroom. At 3 am had someone banging on our door asking for a maurice. Will never stay here again

The room was not clean, pillows had strands of black hair on them. Both beds looked as if the sheets had not been changed but the bed was made up. There were dirty towels that had been left in the shower. The toilet paper holder came out of the wall while getting toilet paper. The door shelf in the freezer part of the fridge has little black crumbs in it. While this hotel served the purpose of staying close by for a fish charter the next morning & having an outdoor pool, I would not recommend staying at this hotel nor would I book another room here. HIGHLY disappointed.

I’ll just say this, if you come to America to open a business and make money please be courteous to your guests. The staff/owner is rude and unwelcoming.

Check in was very unprofessional. No welcome just tapped on the side glass then asked for my name. Gave me the key an told me where the room was. That was it. We got in to the room an noticed it had not been swept or mopped. There was a spider in the bath tub and roach poop on the floor in the bathroom. There was also a clothing tag on the floor confirming it had not been swept or mopped. The air conditioner was left off so the beds were a little damp feeling due to the moisture coming in the room. I definitely do not recommend this place.

The price was reasonable and the room was clean. There were no foul odors. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked like a champ.

Room did not have the amenities listed such as kitchen dishes and hair dryer. Lots of guests hanging around outside being loud till late in the night.

Staff at front desk was rude. Extra charges for “non smoking” room when I checked in. Run down and dirty. Didn’t feel safe in the area. People doing drugs in the back area. One “long term” resident was dealing just a few doors down. Traffic in and out of that room all night, multiple nights.

Horrible is all that I can say. Booked through hotels.com upon arrival this is a shady extended stay hotel. The room reeked of marijuana and within minutes of arrival roaches werent shy about coming out even with the lights on. The room stink was so bad it was unbearable. We had booked for 2 nights and I was only able to cancel the 2nd night. This was the only place in Houston I used this particular card now three weeks later I have a bunch of fraudulent charges around Houston that I reported to my bank. Pretty easy to narrow down where it happened as the night clerk had to “verify” the card. If you want your card stolen this is the place to go!

Check in was easy. On the surface all looks good and clean, however there were dead bugs on the ground, toilet seat was broken, and after washing hands the sink stopped up. There was also old used soap on the top of the shower

Bed was too firm for my liking so I did not get much sleep. The area wasn’t nearly as quiet as I would have liked. There was no hair dryer, which I haven’t encountered before.

The room was ok just had a few Roaches not to bad ,ac was very cold.The housekeeping kind of sucked the 3 nights I was there they didn’t come and clean the room I ran out of toilet paper and clean towels luckily I had my own and they also do have a full size refrigerator working microwave and stovetop ,the ice machines did not work the area was pretty quite there are food places right around the corner and I forgot to mention there’s no bed bugs
