“Basic but no issues would stay again”

Standard Super 8 hotel, no issues during stay, It was clean and tidy would stay again.

“Very noisy”

The room was OK and staff was friendly but there is no soundproofing in the rooms. I could hear my next door neighbor, the ice machine, and the folks upstairs. If you stay here, stay upstairs.

“A Decent Stay for the Price”

I stayed with my friend as we were on a road trip. The staff were friendly, personable, and nice, and our room was nicely kept. However, our room had a faint smell of animal urine, and the towels did have specks of stain on them. I recommend this hotel to people who want to save cash and are not entirely picky. This is no 5 star hotel, but it is worth the stay.

“Never Again”

We stopped at this hotel for a midway point on a 18 hour drive. For simply a place to sleep, I guess you could say the price was right. However, a train ran by constantly throughout the night making sleep a little difficult. The shower in our room trickled and the drain ran slow. Also, the Continental breakfast was poor quality. The hotel was very clean though, and that is important, but I don't think I'll stay there again.

“Not a happy Motel 8 visitor”

The hotel personnel were not friendly. The room looked run down. I was not satisfied with this place. I would not recommend my friends/family stay at this place.

“Frozen Air Conditioner”

Had dirty towels, air conditioner completely frozen up and putting out no air. Trains across street al night. Lousy cont. breakfas

“I would not stay again.”

The hotel was filthy. TV was out of the fifties. Was in black and white. Was so dirty it gave me the creeps. Almost bit the bullet and left. I was embarrassed that my wife had to stay there. Chlorine smell of the pool could be smelled on the second floor.

“A living nightmare”

This place was a motel right out of "My Cousin Vinny." It was out of date, had a bad odor, poor plumbing. It is right in front of an active railroad track, and the train blasts through every half hour 24/7, whistle and claxon banging away. Security in the building is poor. I would never stay there again. Uggh!

“Terrible”

First off...the hotel had an overwhelmingly terrible smell. The back door of the hotel doesn't lock (meaning that ANYONE can come in). The pool had so much chlorine it was unswimable. The lamp shades in my room were torn and hanging on the lightbulb (can someone say FIRE HAZARD??). Our towels were so old that you could literally see through them and a few were completely shredded. The water pressure sucked and the beds were so uncomfortable that I might as well have slept in the car!! I will never stay here again and I am telling everyone I know!

“Other dives are much cheaper.”

The first hint was the smelly lobby and the 15 minutes it took to check in. This place is on the way down the tubes. Worn out rooms, scratchy, grayish towels, the bare minimums in amenities. If you're looking to save a buck at a dive hotel, the others nearby on Historic Rt. 66 will give you the same sleazy feel with more historic character. Pass this one by.
