The property was nice but the service was terrible. Our room was never cleaned the whole time. We never got fresh towels or the trash picked up. The beds were hard as a rock and the pillows didn’t have any firmness. We didn’t get much sleep the whole time we were there. The best thing about the property was the parking.

The only draw back is the distance from Nashville. It’s my fault I didn’t map it first, but it’s not really “Nashville/Meteo”. Kind of out of the way and several miles off the highway. But…the beds are very comfortable, the room was spotless, water pressure was excellent, the front desk staff was super friendly and made check in very simple. We had our puppy and it was only $20 for him as an upcharge.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our Shihtzhu , Nashville was about 45 minutes away which was very convenient. Although we ended up exploring around the hotel which had amazing walkable dining and shopping options, one of my favorites being logans roadhouse. My only reason for not giving 5stars was the price was a bit higher than i was quoted on expedia, and the pet fee was $20 Per Night. Rooms were fairly clean.

Great location convenient to downtown as well as museums and other attractions. Breakfast provided many good options. Staff was friendly. Room was comfortable but a little bit dinged up.

This hotel is fair for the money . Bathroom had huge holes in the ceiling but overall things were ok . Pictures of rooms don’t match the room I was in .

Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Property is very dated, and no elevator. We were placed on the second floor. Carrying heavy suitcases and bags up a flight of 17 stairs is not fun. I managed, but an elderly person would be in trouble. Please request the first floor if possible.

Typical quality for the price
It was typical condition/quality for the price. The only major issue was that there was no ice machine available. Well, it was available, just not working. Front desk clerk said they were supposed to come that day but didn't. They didn't come the next day either. Had to walk next door to the partner hotel to get ice. A major plus was the shower water pressure. Nice and strong. When traveling by motorcycle it's nice to stay right in front of your bike so I would likely use again.

Very nice place to stay. Just know that when you go this location makes you pay your $150 damage deposit from the time you check in. After you leave then you get it back. It wasn’t a problem for us just wish it was advertised more.
