Upon checking into our room there was mold all over the walls, holes in the walls stuffed with toilet paper, exposed word and cables, comforters were stained, & sheets had dirt and hair on them. No garbage can in the bathroom. The front desk staff moved us to another room that was bad just not as bad. Comforters beyond stained, no garbage can of any sort. We were told they don’t have any. Two dead bugs found on one of the beds. We had no choice but to stay as the city we are in was completely sold out. This appears to be a motel where people stay for extended times based on the clientele we unfortunately had to encounter getting to our room. My 5 year old was up all night coughing from the damp mildew smell of the room. The curtains to front window looking into the room have holes in them and are broken. I will be asking for a refund. They offered a full refund if we stayed in the first room which was beyond acceptable. I’m a flight attendant who stays in hotels 3 nights a week and I have NEVER stayed in a place this ununclean or unsanitary.
