“TM”
The hotel was conveniently located, the room was clean and comfortable. The staff was courteous and the free breakfast buffet was well above average.
“We were WOW'd with the improvements Holiday Inn is making!”
The service was wonderful - by all employees of this hotel, the room was clean and the beds very comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel to others and in fact, are staying again in a few weeks.

This hotel is very pleasant, well taken care of, and convenient to all locations in Gainesville. The free breakfast is also very good.

“Comfortable hotel. Terrific staff.”
Staff couldn't be nicer. We came with a team of rowers and they bent over backwards for us. Location in relationship to the rowing center at Lanier was great. Except for left over used soap and hair in the bath tub, a yogurt container foil top in the bacon on the buffet, the stay exceeded expectations.

Overall we had a great stay. The staff were very helpful and friendly. You can walk to the square from this hotel, which is good if you like a cocktail or two with dinner. I would definately recommend this hotel to anyone. Oh, breakfast was really, really good as well :)

“Reasonably-priced comfort & convenience”
This was my second stay at this location; nice amenities and convenient location for my business in the area. The complimentary breakfast is quite good; I recommend taking the time to sample it.

I was impressed by how courteous the staff was and how clean the hotel was kept. It was very convenient to dinning and shopping places. The buffet breakfast was nice. It was more than just doughnuts and coffee. I would recommend this hotel if you want a nice place to stay for just one night or for several nights.

It was sufficient for the cost but a little rundown. The breakfast was great!
