Hotel was clean and quiet, beds were comfortable, and staff was super nice even on a busy holiday weekend. Hot coffee 24 hours and decent breakfast. Would stay again for sure.

The staff was excellent. Upon arriving we discovered there were no elevators so we had to stay on the first floor. That was fine, but it is also the pet floor. Bad smell in room, carpet chewed up, tub faucet didn't work well, shower curtain too small-useless, TV picture much smaller than screen. We asked to move but were told no rooms were available. We stayed our two nights but will not stay there again.

The manager was extremely rude and unaccommodating from the start. Other staff seemed nice enough, but the manager clearly knows nothing about good customer service or hospitality. The hotel smelled bad and is in desperate need of some deep cleaning and updates.

It was very noisy. I'm pretty sure they had horses tromping around in the room above us and we were next to the ice maker/vending machines, which was convenient, but noisy. The staff were exceptionally kind and super friendly.
