I arrived 2 hours early. I checked in with the desk. Since check-in was technically at 3:00, I asked what time I should return? The gentleman at the desk accommodated me immediately! I was so relieved, that I could settle in and rest from a long trip. He was polite, professional and efficient. It was a great experience working with the staff, even on the day of check-out.

The staff and service were friendly. However, the room and property were unclean and resulted in our family driving home at bedtime instead of staying for our second night we paid for. The surfaces in the room were visibly uncleaned as we could see markings, residue, and other indications that they were not cleaned from the last guest. When using the hair dryer, it started smoking and almost caught on fire. The bar of soap from the previous guest was still on the bathroom sink; and garbage was still in the garbage when we checked in. We chose this hotel partly so we could enjoy the pool with our kids. The pool was cold and only had one chair in the entire pool area, besides a few broken chaise lounge chairs in the corner. The man at the desk did mention that they are about to begin renovations so, if true, that will be necessary and worth it. The overall feel of the place was that it’s not currently being cared for to a standard that would make guests enjoy their stay or want to return.

Indoor pool was cold as ice and we reserved this room at this hotel so my daughter could swim. I didn't bother asking the staff why their indoor pool was not heated but I am sure that the heater was broken. We did not attempt to swim in the cold pool. I am disappointed we could have gotten a hotel with a pool so my daughter could swim. Most indoor pools are HEATED. I would say if you advertise your property with a pool that you should upkeep the condition. I would consider this false advertising.

The outside looks cool the inside was very outdated. The kitchen was missing most of the dishes. The covers had burn holes paint peeling couch was smelly pool was freezing

PHONES AND TV DID NOT WORK. HAD TO RUN UP AND DOWN TO DESK. DESK PERSON TRIED TO HELP NEVER GOT TV WORKING. ROOM WAS RUNDOWN AND DIRTY GLAD IT WAS JUST ONE NIGHT. BATHROOM WAS DIRTY NOT SURE IT HAD BEEN CLEANED. OUTSIDE OF BUILDING LOOKED MUCH BETTER THAN INSIDE. WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTING. STAFF AT MAINSTAY DID WHAT THEY COULD. HAD TO STAY IN THAT ROOM BECAUSE NO OTHER ROOM WERE AVAILABLE . TV WAS NEVER FIXED. ROOM ABOVE US WAS VERY VERY LOUD . STAFF WAS NOTIFIED AND THEY TOOK CARE OF IT.

Nice Place With A Lot Of Nice Shopping In Area
Came up to visit my brother who actually lives a half hour from this motel. It was a nice trip and very relax. Had a room near the pool, which was very convenient. If I had one small grip it was the remote for the TV was not working very good. Had to press the buttons really hard.

We have stayed here before, and it's fine. Carpets need cleaning, stairway smelled bad. The toilet in our room had been used and not flushed. The rooms are dated, and need a deep cleaning. It is one of the few pet friendly hotels in the surrounding area. We appreciate that.

Our room was extremely clean. Even little scent bleach was noticeable. The room was very dated the bathroom cabinets the finish was coming off . The beds gave us back aches bad enough we left 7 am Sunday morning. The pool big disappointment- no chairs to sit around the pool and the area was dirty and the pool had floaters of some kind floating in it. The continental breakfast was the worse ever I’ve seen in my past 3 years of traveling. However super clean and the staff was friendly .

We stayed in a handicap accessible room. It said it was a non smoking room but it smelled like cigarette smoke and it had ashtrays. We opened both windows to air out. I don’t think the room has been used in awhile, trash can was dirty, debris on the floor, burnt bedspreads.

The pool was Freezing and had not chairs to sit in. The room did not have a working toilet, and we could not be moved because the hotel was full. No maintenance person available. I had cigarette burns in my bedding. The air conditioner whistled all night. I will never stay here again and will file a former complaint.

The hotel is dated. The furnishing need updating. The pool was nice. The mattress was pretty good not that soft hotel mattress you normally get. The staff was nice. Way to many pets on the premises.

Front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. The breakfast bar seemed sufficient with coffee, a variety of creams, bread/danish and yoghurt. The room was relatively clean but with the disrepair no amount of cleaning would make the room presentable. The kitchenette and bathroom cabinets had large sections of pealing laminate. The height of the toilet was below normal and there was rust around the base. I couldnt sit on the couch (maybe a sleep sofa) because it was very dirty . The coating on the pans was chipping and not safe for cooking/eatting. The room key didnt work consistently. In general, disappointing and recomment people dont waste their $ on a stay here. Not pleasant!.

Ok hotel in need of a renovation.
The hotel was a little outdated and not very clean. The rooms were ok. I guess we didn't expect it to be different based on the price. Staff was very friendly though. Breakfast as adequate. Pool was decent.
