Good hotel close to the main railway station.Posted 8-Jun-2014
Convenientlly located to virtually everything: city centre, the financial centre, the main shopping, old town, new town (Hesse) AND only 10 minutes from the banks of the Main River. The updated accommodations are very comfortable and modern. Includes a mini fridge and a very good breakfast with a lot of variety. Very helpful staff. Highly recommended!

Not a 4 starsPosted 30-May-2014
The hotel is not what I expected, the concierge was not very helpfull, I asked him where I can go to eat something and he replied turn right and there are a lot of restaurant, I asked him if there was someone recommended and he replied there are a lot of restaurant there. In my room untill midnight it was impox to sleep due to a Indian loud music. Overall is a 3 stars not a 4 stars hotel .

Clean, Quiet HotelPosted 25-Apr-2014
Pros: The man at the reception desk was very helpful and pleasant. The room was clean and quiet and we enjoyed the breakfast the next morning.
Cons: We can think of nothing to improve.
Location: The location was perfect, as the Hotel was located across the street from the train station.
My wife and I were in Frankfurt for only one day, and spent the night at the National Hotel. It was conveniently located across the street from train station. The room was spacious, clean, and also very quiet. We enjoyed the breakfast the following morning.

Good location, nice decorPosted 12-Apr-2014
Pros: The location. The nice decor in the breakfast room, and on the corridors.
Cons: Twice the rooms key stopped working and had to be reset.
Location: The Main river promenade, is just 7 mins away. Exit via back door, stroll through a nice small park, and after 2 more streets you're by the river.
Excellent location, just 5 mins from HauptBahnhof (Central Station). Very convenient for the airport link and for day trips. Also, in the other direction, it's only about 7 mins to the Main river promenade. The single rooms are kind of small. Some rooms have view to an inner courtyard, some to the street, which is very very noisy due to traffic. With the windows closed it's OK, without... I could not keep the windows open for long. Both issues above seem general to hotels in this area.

Convenient Location, Good PricePosted 26-Oct-2013
The hotel is located across the street from the main train terminal in Frankfurt, 15 minutes from the airport and a few stops on the subway to the city center. Unfortunately the surrounding area is not the most pleasant in Frankfurt. It is loud and dirty. The rooms were decent. Comfortable, but nothing that stands out. Breakfast was a nice German spread. We drove a car during our trip and parking was 15 Euro in the back of the hotel in a small alley. There was only one elevator and it was quite slow. But overall I would use the hotel again for the price I paid.
