Property was great, great location, quiet, but my room had a leak by the window and since it rained the entire stay, I heard the loud dripping and saw some wood damage on the molding around my balcony door and window.

Good location for Frankfurt Messe
visited Frankfurt for an Exhibition. The hotel is approx. 15-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is nice, a good bar and restaurant. The rooms are of a good size. Bed was ok, pillows were a little flat. Room was very hot, even with Air Con on, which i think did not work. Good Shower, overall a nice hotel

A very good experience at the hotel. Staff are helpful but very preoccupied all the times. Rooms are good and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend

Booked this hotel after our flights were cancelled. It was a 30 taxi ride which we realized later could have been done via S-bahn, but at the time the taxi was the better choice. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel and our room we're clean and comfortable. The restaurant in the hotel was great. There is also a grocery store about 150 m from the hotel. As much as I wish we had been able to take our flight, this hotel was everything we could have wanted.

Good hotel.
I was there for one night but service was great. Very comfortable room, clean and close to the tram and Central Station. I definitely recommend this hotel

The property is close to transportation and city center. Breakfast was good would prefer buffet style but Covid-19 changed that. Amenities were good but lacks microwave and parking cost$$.

The location is good, you can find free parking nearby. The room was very clean the bed comfortable. The staff needs to work on their costumer skilss.

Good hotel if you have meetings at/near Messe
It's a standard Mercure hotel in a district that is notable for two things - proximity to the Messe convention centre and the Hauptbahnhof (West). There are two buildings - the main one (where one checks in) and an overflow one across the street (which has a breakfast area, not the fitness centre). I found the rooms a bit warm (to be fair, they have been having an extended warm Autumn) and needed to run the AC all night (which meant the noise of it cycling on and off wasn't conducive to great sleep). The breakfast was the standard German selection (light on cereals, heavy on bread plus stuff to put on it).

Frankfurt business trip
Comfortable hotel, a little out of the centre, around a 40 minute easy walk or easily reached by public transport or taxi in 15 minutes. There are restaurants within a short walk.

Nice hotel in a good location
The lobby was busy when we arrived and we did not receive accurate information on our check in, but it worked our okay in the end. The room was comfortable and clean. We liked the residential neighborhood and the easy walk to Opera Platz.

This hotel is dated and it shows, nevertheless it is in a good location next to train stations and many restaurants. Overpriced for what it is really.

Rooms were way too hot and unable to use the air con on a lower setting as it was set for the colder weather . We were given a fan but still the heating needs to be better regulated

Isolated location.
Hotel was comfortable but there were no shops or eateries around. The hotel restaurant was ok though. Lots of bank offices in vicinity.

Enjoyed our stay here
Although the hotel building is older, it has been renovated fairly recently. The hotel staff - from reception, housekeeping, and at breakfast - were friendly and professional. The price of breakfast, 10,50€, is very fair for the full buffet offered!

OK Hotel, Room was too hot!
The hotel was clean and well located to the business office. However, the room was always too hot. The Air Con unit was noisy and did not work to cool the room down at all, it just recirculated the same hot air. When I opened the window I was disturbed by the 24 hour tram service that runs right passed the hotel window. I did not get a good nights sleep for the 2 nights I stayed at this hotel.

Room very hot wifi, spotty , shower design very bad. Had to keep a towel by shower to keep water from flooding floor.I had the hamburger very good. My wife had the chicken salad also very good. Alot of outside noise but we were used to it. We live in a city

Good Clean Hotel and a nice walk to Halle 8 & 9
I've stayed at this hotel many times. Food cleanliness and staff and always 1st class. I don't think I've been to a cleaner hotel. All you could want from a business hotel and within walking distance of Halle 8 & 9.
