hyper grande chambre. très luxueux. personnel courtois et de service. il y avait toujours quelqu'un, parmi le personnel qui parlait français.

Excellent room size and furnishings - with 3 large windows looking over the river. Spa is elegant. Friendly accommodating staff. We loved it. Plus is on a plaza with great restaurants and a terrific "deli" that served better meals than most restaurants around - and had a grocery to buy snacks.

this hotel was great. good location, right at the end of one of the walkway bridges. the reception staff were very helpful, offering to book us a table at a restaurant and call us taxis. the bar at the hotel was very nice and relaxed - drinks were extremely pricey but well worth it. would recommend this hotel to anyone. the room was huge and the bathroom was lovely

“Excellent Hotel”

I was very impressed with this hotel ie: room size, as the rooms were quite large with kitchen facilities. Had a great bar with a piano player every night. Very close to other attractions.

Chambres très spacieuses, vue exceptionnelle sur la skyline et sur la rivière. Peut être un peu excentré mais situé près d'un arrêt de tramway et il est aussi très agréable de marcher sur les berges du Main... Staff à l'écoute, compréhensif et discret. Charme d'un hôtel avec réel interêt architectural.

“Quiet comfortable hotel”

The hotel is exactly as described by the other reviews. It is a business hotel that doesn't do a lot of tourist arrangements. However, the service of the hotel was outstanding! Room service is quick and much less expensive than the breakfast buffet. The wifi internet worked perfectly. There is a laundry/dry cleaner and a small grocery store around the corner. There are several restaurants in the area as well. The main city center is about 1 miles walk down the river and across the pedestrian bridge. We paid a little more for the larger room and it had a mini-kitchen which was well worth it! The rooms are very large for Europe's standards. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel was a top-notch experience. The room was spacious and clean. The staff friendly and professional.

“Very Impressive”

I stayed two nights and was very impressed. My double room on the 13th floor was very large and clean. It had a small kitchen with silverware, cups, plate and stove (which I was not expecting but pleasantly surprised). The spotless marble bathroom had a shower, tub and a double sink and all the amenities you would expect. The location of this hotel is within walking distance of shopping and the tourist area, but it is may be far for anyone with health problems. You will have nothing to complain about with this hotel. An excellent choice for a stay in Frankfurt. Go for the double room, it is well worth it.
