This is my 5th visit to the hotel and I can’t stop coming back for more . Even though the hotel is far from the messe ( about 20 mins ) it’s really worth the effort considering the luxury and Gradeur we experience at the end of a hard days work . The champagne breakfast to start your day with the ever smiling and warm
Welcoming staff just makes a perfect beginning to your day . The rooms are big and fantastic with Excellent bedding , great view , heated flooring & big French windows. Will be coming back time and again ! Thank you Team Kempinski .

Tired convention biased hotel with very poor service for the ordinary guest. Deluxe rooms have been upgraded but still not 'luxe'.
PS €32 taxi into centre from here, else you are stranded in an hotel with only one restaurant open.

This hotel is such a gem. Fantastic service from the moment you arrive until you leave and the rooms are always perfectly clean and super comfortable. The hotel is beautifully maintained, the pool is magnificent, and the grounds are beautiful as well. Breakfast is also next level awesome! Can’t wait to visit again

We clicked in late, we’re unable to use the pool (closes at 8pm). Only one of the restaurants was open on a Saturday night. Could not sleep from cigarette smell.
Went to use the pool at 8 am, they charged 20 euros per towel.

In the spa area, our guests receive one large and one small towel free of charge. Should guests require additional towels, we charge EUR 10 for a further towel package. We have introduced this for environmental reasons and hope for your understanding.

Everything was fine except the breakfast. Irrespective of the price (that is 50% higher than average) the range of food and quality is similar to a holiday in or a 4 star offering. I ordered the eggs Benedict which is laughable. It looks like a bad McDonald’s muffin. Lastly there is not enough staff to give the quality of service you get from the rest of the hotel. Given this is the last thing we experienced before we checked out in the morning, it leaves a disappointing feeling.

Showers didn't work. Asked for double room, given twin. Internet is extra charge 15 euros or 30 euros. 3 rooms over 2 days Engineer in the third room, fixed the issue with shower. Problem is design of buttons for controls, they stick and need to be cleaned by engineer. Ive stayed in many of the five star hotels in Frankfurt and this is the worst. Will not be back.

I had not been here for seven years, and was delighted to find the property even more wonderful than before. Recent renovations and superb staff made this again my favourite spot to stay near Frankfurt. Highly recommended.

It’s an airport hotel, but a nice one. The parts of the building that have been renovated are lovely, the other parts are dated.
The air con didn’t work during our stay but as this is Germany, it was just met with a shrug by the staff.
The grounds are really lovely.

Beautiful setting, elegant, no flaws other than the fact that not one of the in-house restaurants had room for a family of 7 at 10:00 p.m. on a Thursday night (despite being assured at check-in that getting a table would be no problem at all). This was very annoying.
