Our biggest issue with this property was the parking. They advertise limited free onsite parking and free offsite parking. However, our ONLY parking option was at a mall that was a 10-minute walk away, and it cost 27 euros per night. In spite of the advertised free parking online, this was even the recommended parking at the hotel as the QR code with directions to this mall carpark was posted at the check-in desk. A fee of 27 euros per night is far from free. When we tried to revise our reservation to one night because of this unforeseen expense, the hotel was unwilling to provide a refund. They were unwilling to even listen to our plight. When Expedia tried to call on our behalf, the hotel told them that limited free parking is available in front of the hotel. There are 3-4 street parking places in front of the hotel that can be used by anyone in the city, and the hotel is on the edge of a massive housing complex. If street parking is considered hotel parking then ANY hotel can claim that they provide parking. We were never able to find street parking. Traffic officers were also writing parking tickets for people parked illegally. The hotel was not honest in its depiction of the hotel and was unwilling to accommodate when confronted with this dishonesty. The customer service was abhorrent. If you choose to stay at this hotel, do not expect much, and know that you WILL pay for your parking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Nice hosts. Location was good. Close to train station and mall close by. We walked to all the attractions in Frankfurt. Great starting point to visit Rhine valley

The picture illustrating this property isn’t the room that I stayed in - nor the rooms of my colleagues. It so really close to the Messe Halles but it is very basic with a 1980’s look - probably hasn’t been updated since then. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was fine at breakfast. It’s basic but for the price you can get better.

Nice cozy clean hotel in a calm neighborhood, easy access to the city. Very good breakfast. Very friendly owner doing his best to make you feel comfortable. Good value for money.

Less than 15 minutes walk from the station. Comfortable room. The breakfast was excellent with a large variety to choose from. I can recommend this hotel.

Very friendly staff. Bathrooms extremely poor, mold in the shower, toilet not clean, could hardly turn in the shower even being slim. Internet extremely slow and mostly not working. Would be OK for 60-70$, but for overprized rates of 500$/night, I would certainly expect more.

Super nice desk staff. He even held a parking place for us by standing in the train as we circled the block! He doesn't speak English but tried really hard to communicate and clued us in about a light show at the cathedral that night. A.m. staff also kind and friendly. Good, plentiful breakfast. Excellent location. Comfy bed. Restful lavender colored newly papered walls with fresh paint and draperies made it feel nice. Bathroom could use the same type of updating the room got. it also needs some maintenance (missing tiles after a plumbing project) and a little more attention to cleaning--nothing drastically gross but some dusty corners. VERY tiny room (we had a triple) but we made it work.

Its a bit out of the way and certainly not 2.6 miles from airport. Taxi is 14 euros and 30 ish to Koln City centre. The ten minute walk to S Bahn was 15 and its slightly weird even though its a straigh walkj out of hotel and left. Probably not the best out of town district. Reception check in was quick but normal sized double bed hard against a wall is not ideal. Two nice chairs. Spacious enough and exceptional service with very early morning breakfast supplied. . Unexpected but above and beyond call of duty. Brilliant reasonable price for overnight. Many thanks to both friendly staff. Dont hesitate if like us its a last minute decision. Considering location it is quiet enough

Quaint hotel near the messe frankfurt convention center and Skyline Plaza shopping mall. Not a lot of eateries in the area, but very convenient for tradeshow attendees and exhibitors. ODD THING: there was no phone or alarm clock in my room. WiFi was spotty on upper floors

Nice hotel about 10mins walk from the main train station. It's location is in a quiet area of the city. A warm welcome was given with a professional manner at reception when checking in. Clean room, tea/coffee making facilities and comfy bed. Breakfast buffet is included and top marks for what was available. Fully recommend for its good value in price and friendly staff that have respect for its customers.

The hotel was on a quiet street close to the train station and the Skyline Plaza, which has a ton of shopping, food, and a spa. The room was simple but clean and comfortable and there was a kettle with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. Overall a really great room for €40 for one night. The only thing I’d recommend - ask for a room away from the elevator. It sounds like an elephant’s growling stomach.
