Well , i know that its just cheap compared to other hotel but 1 thing you need to consider is to clean the room properly.we complain about it that it 's dirtt underneath the bed , bottle of water is under the bed.the smell is so crazy ..smeels of cigarrettes

Small room but close to Messe Halls
Smallest room I've ever stayed in. "Desk" is 1ft by 2ft in size only and tight up against the bed, so not very usable. Only 1 coat hanger. 15min walk from Messe halls however and room was quiet. No food. Area seems safe. Clean and tidy though somewhat outdated decor. Bedding changed daily. Front door key lets you come and go as you please. Photo is taken from the door.

Thank you for your feedback, we are sorry for the city tax you had to pay, but we cannot do anything about it. The tourist contribution is levied by the City of Frankfurt on Main for overnight guests, not by hotels.

Hotel Great for Messe Exhibition Center
When you pay a cheap price for a 3 star hotel you wonder if you have done the right thing - My self and my colleagues can not recommend this hotel enough for the price you pay. If is walking distance from the station, the double glazing means you can not hear the trains, it was really clean and the staff were very accommodating. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The shower was hot and was fairly powerful. Breakfast was a buffet of hot and cold which all tasted good. We would definitely be staying hear again

No free parking as advertised, no air conditioning, no restaurant to eat the tiniest room ever no counter space no chair or table with work/write on privacy none people could look right in our window making impossible to open windows or curtain directly across from train & computer trains it was the WORST!!!!!!

There was no one in the hotel but us, so we couldn't get breakfast or help with anything!!! The keys were left in an outside mailbox that we had to call a number to get into the box, but our phones wouldn't work in there Country. We stood outside for over an hour asking people on the street if they would call for us. Not many Spose English so it was a very long and hot wait!! No air conditioning very hot!! Never seen anyone that worked there until the day we checked out!!

I booked a triple room on hotels.com but when I checked in we were given a double room with two single beds. We didn't really bother as we were with two but the extra space would make the difference. No explanation from the reception. Hotel is right next to train tracks, so it is true that could be noisy. On the 1st night I had to use the supplied ear plugs, second night I was so tired I didn't need it and slept like a baby. The room seemed to have gone a refurbishment. What we like the most is the cleanliness and the smell of it :)

OK hotel
It's an OK hotel. clean but small, especially the washroom, you can't turn in the shower room if you're not confident about your own size. And if you turn, most likely you may touch the handle of faucet --- be prepare for the hot or cold "willcome". It's just beside a train station so it's loud when train passing by, but convenient if you going to downtown

Good Nights Stay
Hotel and rooms were clean and an adequate size. Its right next to the train station which is convenient If you plan to use it to get around, but it can be slightly noisy at times. Overall its not a bad place to stay for the night if your passing through.

Benefit of hotel is nearly to s-bahn station.
The hotel is really nearly to s-bahn train station and also who exhibitor for Messe - Frankfurt,I advice them.Because it is also nearly to Messe Frankfurt.On the other hand if any problem on train station,you can also go to your hotel by running.It is approximately 15 minutes from Messe.Unfortunetely,there is no hot water after midnight and also reception works until 11 p.m. The rooms also doesn't include minibar.Wireless service not so good.Sometimes,for example,when the other guests come to hotel,the internet service becomes too slowly.

Good for what I needed
The Arena is a clean, seemingly newly renovated hotel very near the convention center. It was easy to get everywhere from here. The staff was nice, and it served its purpose (I was in town for the book fair). If you are going to just sleep in the room and be out all day, maybe running back to change before the evening, then this is fine with good food options nearby; Leipziger Strasse had places to eat, a grocery, etc. The down sides is that room I was in was VERY small (and I live in Manhattan, so I know small). I literally had clothes hanging everywhere for a week's stay. It was clean -- yes -- but a single is truly a single; I could not take more than two or three steps -- if that -- without running into a wall, and had a single bed. Also, I was on the back side of the hotel, but I can imagine that the front side would be noisy with the trains. Also, they did not replace dirty drinking glasses each day, which after having a bit of red wine the night before was gross, and I think I used the same towel every day. I do that anyway, but it was not my choice, it was just how it was. In short, if you are not going to use the room for anything but crashing at the end of a long day, maybe watching a bit of TV (Netflix or other on your computer if you don't speak German, of course, b/c all TV is dubbed) then fine. Otherwise, if you want to have a room you look forward to returning to at night, with business-friendly amenities, look elsewhere.

Nice hotel but far from center
Hotel was nice, clean and quiet. Staff was very nice and accomodating. Price was good. Only drawback, a bit far from city center and our room was facing the train station, which can be a bit loud when train passes. Ask for a room not facing train station.

Brand new Bargain
Great little place, completely renovated, finishes are professional. For the money this is a place to return to. As a place to land after a long transatlantic flight, with a GPS it's easy to find, it has what you expect in a typically european compact package for a lot more money elsewhere. It's very close to the train station. The trains are electric in the country, they are not a problem, particularly if you get a room on the backside of the building. I was well satisfied with the comfort, the good night's sleep and the breakfast in the morning. Friendly staff, always ready to help. I liked it and will return on my flight out.

Für 1 Nacht ok wenn man keine Ansprüche hat
Lage war ok, eine Bahnstation von der Messe entfernt. Die Gegend war Nachts etwas unheimlich. Das Zimmer war einigermaßen sauber, mit ein paar Haaren im Bett und Schimmel an der Dusche. Die Steckdose in der Mitte vom Bett hing heraus, wir konnten sie aber wieder reindrücken. Sehr störend war vor allem, dass das Wasser im Waschbecken nur seeeehr langsam abfließt. Unser nicht-Raucher Zimmer hat außerdem nach Rauch gestunken. Obwohl sich das Hotel direkt vor dem Banhof befindet, kann man die Züge nicht hören.

Kleine Zimmer, ein bißchen hellhörig, es ist auch ein älteres Gebäude. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist gut. Problematisch ist, daß für ein Frühstück eigentlich nur der "Service Store" im Bahnhof West da ist, auch der Bahnhofsbäcker ist morgens zu (es war Samstag). Gratis-Instant-Kaffee auf dem Zimmer, es war nur zu eng, um gemütlich was vom Bäcker zu essen. (Einzelzimmer). Aber: Für diesen Preis ist das Zimmer sehr gut.
