English fluency of the clerk was an obstacle. He repeatedly told me there was no vacancies. It took me three tries to explain that I had purchased three days more than a month earlier on Expedia. The continental breakfast options were greatly underwhelming. I'd like to have more warning when booking that the choices would be limited to bread, packets of oatmeal, and sugary cereals that I cannot eat because I am diabetic. Other staff were friendly and helpful. A television channel guide and wifi password information in the room would have been more convenient.

Terrible! When I arrived the desk manager told me that there was no water in my room. Toilet and shower didn't work. No other hotels in the area had vacancies so I had to stay there. The desk manager told me that they wouldn't charge me because of this but the next day my credit card was charged the full price! The desk manager had lied to me! When I told Expedia about this they wouldn't do anything about it. Avoid this hotel and don't use Expedia!

There was 10-12 year old boy minding the front desk. When we checked in, it took forever. They gentlemen who checked spoke with grunts, single words, unfriendly face expressions and pointed at assortment of signs posted on glass. Every where you look were out of order signs. Did not even supply an ice bucket, only two chincey towels and one washcloth in shower. Wall paper peeling everywhere, some were caulked to stay in place. Carpeting was gross and the furniture outdated.

Was early for check in. Was told would have to pay $10 to check in. Fine. Could not break a 50. Offered to pay on debit. Waived. Never told about wifi, breakfast or if pool was open. Went out and wasnt sure if anyone evwr at front desk. By amount of cars in lot, not too many travelers. No blankets on bed or in closet. Closet door would only stay shut if trash can in front of it.
