My stay at Novotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and professional demeanor. Check-in was smooth and efficient, allowing me to settle into my room quickly after a long journey. The room itself was a pleasant surprise. It was spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the complimentary tea and coffee, was apparent and appreciated. The location of Novotel could not be more convenient. It’s situated close to [mention any significant landmarks, shopping areas, or transport hubs], making it easy to explore the city. The staff were also happy to provide recommendations and directions, which enhanced my visit. What truly set Novotel apart was the exceptional service. Every staff member I encountered was help.

collapsing bed and disgusting blanket
One of the beds, a really old one, literally collapsed /fell apart during the night. One of the blankets we got had a large disgusting black spot on it - presumably blood.

Always a decent stay.
I have stayed in this hotel many times when I am in Nuremberg. I’ve always liked this hotel. I was very disappointed that they charge me parking. That should’ve been disclosed when I booked with Hotels.com. Altogether we had seven rooms in our party and I hate when hotel nickels and dimes me. The staff works extremely hard. The waiters and bartenders were literally running to get orders out on Sunday. They should’ve had more help. It’s certainly not their fault, they were doing the best they could. Staffing is very important.

Fantastic breakfast, variety of foods. Room was clean and had all basics. Parking available at small charge, pet friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Nce hotel- wish they still provide itemized soap
Nice hotel, large rooms, polite personnel, comfortable parking outside. Main negative was the removal of all toiletries and there was no soap provided in the room - really shocked! Soap was only available in the shower (the typical squeeze soap, surprised that this was still there) but difficult to reach from outside. It is essential to wash the hands during covid and therefore i found this as a major problem. It should be feasible to provide itemized soap just like it was done in the past and still done in other novotel hotels (ie in hungary).

The staff was very nice, friendly and the personal service was outstanding, all smiles and very courteous. Food was very good. However, the room was a bit tired and I can't remember the last time I was in such an uncomfortable bed.

Very good indeed
Very friendly hotel. Not really city centre and more suitable for people attending nearby exhibitions or events. For longer stays I would probably look for something more comfortable. That said, breakfast and service were great!

Disappointing
The rooms were pretty dirty which was a surprise because you could hear the cleaning staff at all hours of the day. The pictures online look nothing like the rooms. They have a stale smell with paint chips missing, rings around the drains, dirty cups... the list goes on. Most of the equipment is outdated and could use some servicing. One thing that was a shock was the price of breakfast. at 18 euros a person it was not worth it at all. Since were there during a convention, the price was increased by 350%, and still had to pay for breakfast. One thing I do have to say though, is that the bar and restaurant staff were very friendly and if I were ever to return, it would be based solely on the fact that they were so inviting and showed us such great service. Not a place I'd recommend. There are much better places to stay in the city center that are less expensive.

Poor level of cooking in the restaurant, no gym no operational swimming pool, very small bar area lacking any comfortable seating. Limited selection of food and drinks. No free water in rooms (unlike other Novotels)

I’ve stayed here many times. Overall, a very pleasant stay. The menu is revamped and quite tasty. Rooms are always well appointed and comfortable. I will utilize the hotel whenever I’m in town.

Lovely Hotel.
Stayed at the Novel after a long drive from Slovakia and before setting off again for the UK. The staff at the hotel were fantastic and polite everything done with a smile. The hotel is modern and clean facilities were super, only used the Sauna as a bit cold for the swimming pool but maybe next time kids will get to take a swim. Breakfast was great with plenty of choice just right to set you up for the day ahead. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone and also the cost was the same as a hostel we stayed at on the way over and that was not a patch on the Novotel. Will definitely be looking at staying again

Everything as expected. Sauna was great! Easy parking and friendly staff. Laundry is a send away service. We had chose the hotel because we thought we could do laundry there but we would have had to stay two days there for this to work.

Always a solid place to stay.
We’ve stayed in this hotel for five times over the years when we are in town. It is always very pleasant. The rooms are clean and functional. Staff is always very friendly. The bar serves good drinks in the food in the restaurant is decent for hotel food.

Decent hotel, but lots of noisy children
Hotel is out of town, but easy to walk to train station. No restaurants in walking distance, but we had a car, so found some good ones to drive to. Hotel restaurant didn't appeal as limited menu and breakfast was a bit chaotic - very busy and kept running out of eggs / bacon. Hotel is very popular with families, so we were woken by children running down corridor and in the evening whilst in the bar, there were noisy children playing in the reception area. Not the hotel's fault of course. Shame they charge for parking as seems totally unnecessary for an out of town location.
