“Terrific experience!”

Maria is a wonderful hostess. She was extremely helpful in arranging for taxis and guides, etc. Her home is warm and inviting. I would enthusiastically recommend the Marica B & B.

“The little oasis”

When looking back on our stay with Maria, surperb does come to mind. Unlike some of the reviewers, we appreciated the quiet neighboorhood where Marica is located-especially after staying in an apartment in Rio for 3 weeks!! At any rate, Maria works VERY hard to insure that guests are well provided for in her wonderful little pousada. She helps you with all your arrangements to the falls, and any other travel arrangements that you may require. Roberto is a great help in getting you where you need to be at a fair price, and just being able to relax at this little gem of a place was so welcomed by us. Maria is such a sweet, hard working and beautiful lady that its no wonder Marica is rated so high-and deservedly so. If you're looking for a great little place to stay, look no further.

“Best service in brazil”

Maria and her hospitality was just what the doctor ordered. We don't know much Portuguese and they don't speak much English in Rio. She set up a trip to the falls and dinner that was very convenient. The drivertook us to the Argentina side and took care of everythig. Maria was very nice and her home was beautiful. Do not go to a hotel. Book your stay at Hotel Marica now!

“Great affordable location”

I would recommend staying at Marica. Maria was very hospitable and a great cook. She lined up a driver to view the Argentina side of the falls and it worked out great. Only issues are her house is a bit out of the way and everyone shares a bathroom.
