"Front desk staff is very friendly and helpful who provided great suggestions to good restaurants and good places to see Glaciers. The lodge is next to Minnehaha walk and very close to Fox glacier south side walkway. We enjoyed in visiting glaciers peak view point in the afternoon, Minnehaha walk in evening and Fox glacier south side walkway in the morning. "

"This was one of the highlights of our trip to New Zealand. We had a fantastic view of the glaciers on Mt. Sefton from our expansive window. The unit itself contained a 2 burner stove and this enabled us to cook our own meals. The unit was really clean, the staff friendly & helpful. Can only hope to return someday! A "
