Very clean, good front desk service, no problems checking in or out. No issues with water or other amenities. This part of town is not known as the nicest but the immediate area was perfectly fine. I was mostly around the TCU area so it was a good launching point for the price I was looking for.
Breakfast was OK: coffee, juice, milk, yogurt, apples and mandarins, waffle and syrup. For the price I got it was fine. if you want a full southern breakfast array best to check out the holiday inn next door.
A little noisy my last night due to a family checking in late and arguing I think. My first two nights were pleasant and uneventful. Wi-Fi at times was spotty. Twice I had to reactivate my key card.
