“Great Price, Great Room”
This hotel was a great price and the quality of the room was great. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was pleasant and friendly too.

“Quiet and comfortable.”
The only reason I gave a '4' on "Condition and Maint." was their remodeling of the lobby area. They had been installing the new tile floor and some dust from that was tracked down the corridors. We stayed here a year ago in Aug. and had a great stay so re-booked for this trip. The 'desk-managers' here are very good and caring. We have always been treated as valuable guests. This trip, we had experienced a 'snow-delay' of 4 hours and didn't arrive until past mid-night. We were greeted by big, friendly Denver who guided us through the 'work area', stacks of tile & bags of mortar, checked us in quickly and helped with our bags. The rooms have that 'European' feel. Clean, comfortable and large. The standard room included a full sofa, wet-bar, 'fridge and 2 desks. Like most motels these days, breakfast includes 'Belgium Waffles'. If you have never stayed in Texas, theirs are shaped like "Texas". On top of everything else, the price has always been a bargain. We'll stay here again.
“Good clean room, exactly what you expect”
Room was clean, wifi access was easy and no issues. Breakfast had pretty good variety and all items were very clean. Very good stay and easy to get to (except a little road construction) Would stay here again

“Great for the money”
My experience with hotels is the one- to two-star variety. That said, this hotel is one of the nicer one- to two-star facilities in which I've stayed. I booked the most basic room available, checked in, and went up to the room to put my stuff down and was surprised to see that there was an icebox, a sofa, a sink, and a sleeping area along the back window. I went back to the desk to ensure that I had not made a mistake in booking and that this was actually the low-end room, which the attendant verified. The hotel is not near much of anything, but if it's not rush hour it's only a ten-minute drive to the Stockyards and another five to ten minutes downtown. If you're a day traveler, there is public transit to downtown via bus. Good buy for the money, would recommend.
“Great for the money”
My daughter and I stayed at this hotel to conduct business with Texas Christian University. The location was great and we were able to use our navigation device to explore the city. The only issue we had was the slow draining of the tube but with patience, everything else was satisfactory. The no smoking policy was welcoming and we didn't have to worry with smokey sheets or hallways. We will use again in the future. Anita Alston-Palm
