The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for my visit.

Hotel service was great. People very friendly and helpful. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Breakfast was fair. The location was great. I will definately stay here again.
“Very Accommodating, Clean, and Comfortable”
I was completely satisfied with every aspect of this stay - including price. The room and public areas were all clean and accommodating. The room was comfortable. The hotel is just a block from the Mall and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Very easy freeway access. Shuttle service to and from Airport. I highly recommend this hotel. PF Tucson
“Nice, clean room”
My family stayed for 2 nights, we had a 2 room suite. The staff was helpful. The rooms were clean. The only problem was getting extra pillows or bedding. They run out early. We had a fold out couch and it didnt have any sheets, pillows, or blankets.

I really recomend the best western NE North richards hills the room are clean the personel are frendly and very serviable, I was enjoying to be there and deffinitly return there if I travel in DALLAS again. 4 star service in a motel.

“Surprisingly Nice Stay”
My family and I had a very pleasant stay here. I think it was the first time that we had nothing to complain about in a hotel! Exceeded expectations, especially since the rates were very reasonable. Excellent service! The desk clerk called our room a few minutes after check-in to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and to ask if we needed anything. We didn't have breakfast there, but the coffee from the breakfast area was very good! Would definitely stay their again.

Our family suite was much larger than I expected! This hotel was very pleasant and great for a family!

The hotel had a nice renovation and was clean and comfortable. I was in town on business and my stay was very brief but the staff was courteous, breakfast was nice, and parking was close to my room.

they were very friendly. Anything we needed they took care of for us. It was a good location and easy to get anywhere. We will diffently stay there again.
