“Good for a night out!”

It's very nice and clean. We have alot of groups that go to Ft. Wayne to Piers, this is a great place because the room we always get has a kitchen and sitting area. You can have a few drinks with friends before the night out. The shuttle picks up and drops off so no worries about drinking and driving. There is also a great sports pub next door {great food} and again no worries. Highly recomended if your wanting a decent place at a reasonable price. Stayed here numerous times and always have people calling for this hotels information.

“Very comfortable, convenient location!”

I had a full sized bed, desk, full kitchen, large closet and nice TV. I also had a very comfortable recliner (very unusual in a hotel room). I was traveling alone and felt very secure. The staff was very helpful and polite. I would suggest this hotel to my friends and I would certainly stay there again.

“Good home away from home”

I enjoyed my stay in this roomy place. It had more than I expected, including a fully equiped kitchen. The only negative would be getting to the place, although they had good signage to get you there. I could see the hotel, but did not know how to get there.

“Not bad for the money.”

This place came really cheap so we were a little skeptical at first. We were quite pleased with the location....plenty of shopping and restaurants. The full kitchen was very convenient although as soon as I turned the stove on it kept setting off the smoke alarm. It's definitely not the Marriot but for the price we were pleased. If you're on a budget and just looking for a quiet clean place to sleep, this should work for you. The staff as SUPER friendly.

“My Second Fort Wayne Experience”

The Hotel satisfied my basic needs and I was pleased my room had a multi-channel cable tv with a Public TV station. However, I would have liked if there were computers available to use for free to send e-mails. Second, I wish the bus service was more regular, as I do not have a car. In closing, keep up the good work.

“Fort Wayne, Indiana's older but nice extended stay hotel.”

It is a fairly comfortable place to stay and rooms are a nice size. A Little tricky to find. Not clearly marked. The staff is very nice. This is a no frills extended stay place and they will take children, but generally for business people in town for a week or so. The downstairs rooms (ceilings) are noisy when people are walking in the rooms on second floor, but it is an older hotel. They have full kitchens and dishwashers and provide coffee. You supply your own food, if you want to cook, and must clean it up. A limited supply of cookware and dishes is available in the kitchen. Room service is limited (towels and bed making service to once a week), but you can request more for a fee. No continental breakfast No frills, but nice, and priced reasonably.

“Being read the Riot Act”

Upon check-in, I was immediately the Riot Act read! I spent fifteen minutes during check-in being presented with a list of rules regarding: parking, pool usage, noise abatement, do's and don'ts, etc. Then, I was asked to sign and initial half a dozen places on the reservation form confirming that I understood and accepted this terms and regulations. I was on a business trip and staying only ONE (1) night and checking out first thing the very next morning. I was not part of a Frat party or an inebriated lout dragging prostitutes off the street to bring back to a hotel. This hotel must have some serious issues with the type of customers they expect at their facility. The Riot Act experience had me looking over my shoulders expecting to witness knifings or assaults in the hotel corridors.

“Needs upkeep”

The hotel was indeed inexpensive. Designed for long term stay. Spacious and a kitchen-ette area. That is more useful for extended stays. However, the rooms, linens, curtains, etc. could use updating. For not much money, the could look a lot nicer. If you need a relatively cheap place, guess it is alright.
