“Highly Impressed”

I was traveling to Indiana for a wedding, so I was very hesitant about what hotel I stayed at. I didn't know the area or where to stay, but I took my chances and stayed here. I Was very impressed! The staff was helpful. The room was amazing. It was very modern, and it was refreshing. It was very clean, and I felt safe. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

“Excellent choice”

Hotel is about 3 years old and looks even newer, if possible. Found it funny that Google maps showed hotel under construction!. Staff great manners. Spa was not working is the ONLY bad thing to say. Pool was small but same as most. Very clean and neat. Bed was extremely comfortable. Everything very clean. Having two pc in their "business area" was great for booking our second night after seeing how great the first day was. Great feature. Stayed during Thanksgiving weekend. No big crowds. Their connection seemed a little slow on the weekend we were there. Possibly issue with being a weekend? Don't go to hotels much any more but certainly was great compared to over 10 years ago experiences. Had a trainee check us in but had experienced person helping so not an issue. We all have to start new some time in life. $5 extra for a small fridge seems reasonable. Have to request it but overheard was possible. Getting to it from the main road that it says it is on is a little tricky. Was VERY worth the small effort. Near huge mall, grocery stores and freeway.

“Wonderful Hotel”

This is a great hotel. It looks brand new when you walk in the front doors. The room was nice and very clean. The bed was super comfortable, I wanted to take it home with me. The pool was small but nice. Breakfast was a great and the quality and quanity was great. We will stay here everytime we come to Fort Wayne. Great hotel for the money. :)

“weekend getaway in Fort Wayne”

The staff at this hotel were extremely professional and polite. They helped me with additional information regarding parks in the area. Hotel room is a bit on the smaller side, but ceilings are very high, so it's not uncomfortable.

“Pleasantly Surprised”

We usually stay in another hotel on our trips to Fort Wayne for kids' athletic events. Their rates were quite high this weekend and we found the Fairfield on Expedia. The hotel staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and, a huge plus for us as we routinely leave the hotel at 6 a.m., breakfast started at 5 a.m.! We will definitely plan to stay here again.
