“Excellent hotel”
We arrived and checked in in seconds. Staff is very friendly, including the maid service which was excellent. The room was clean and neat, the bed comfortable. We weren't bothered by anyone - even neighbors. They have wifi that actually works! We've eaten in their restaurant which has very good service as well as food. Stayed there before and will definitely stay again.

The staff was real kind and courteous, and checked up on me several times to see if I needed anything. Maurice at the front desk was real nice and friendly. The room was better than I expected for the star rating. I really did appreciate the complimentary wifi. There were a few minor issues however. No dvd player in my room(had my laptop though). Bathtub drained very slowly. My key card for some reason stop working on several occasions. They however sent new ones up immediately every time. Other than that, I had a nice stay. I definitely would stay again, and I would recommend to everyone.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn in Fort Washington, and the price was right! The room (and room service) were all great, and the staff was absolutely friendly. Can't wait to stay there again!

Very Pleasantly surrprised how nice this Holiday Inn was. Allows pets, work out room was clean and machines worked.

My husband and I decided to make a last minute trip to Philadelphia and we had no one to look after a 2 dogs. After calling several hotels to see what their pet restrictions were, we settled on the Holiday Inn because their pet fee was only $45 (not per pet per night) but a flat rate for the entire stay! We stayed in a king room and were very happy with the size. The room was comfortable and very clean and the staff was very friendly. The hotel has a bar/lounge and a restaurant, which was great because after a day of driving we didn't want to leave to hotel to go find food. We chose the breakfast option when we booked which was a great deal! Overall an excellent hotel that would be great for anyone!
“Great customer service”
Pretty much every single employee of this hotel that I came into contact with was very kind. Another great aspect of this hotel was the shuttle they provided, courtesy of the hotel, when I needed to get to a campus near by for an interview. The shuttle was on time, and the rest of the stay at the hotel was nice.
“Great deal, good location!”
This is a great hotel for a decent price. It is on a clean, somewhat quiet road. Close to a few restaurants and Friendly's. Very friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious.
“More than I expected”
The Holiday Inn is much nicer than I expected it to be. Havent stayed at many Holiday Inns but I'd be more open to staying at another one now.
