“Best Night's sleep in a hotel ever!”

The carpet in the hotel was recently replaced, so there was no odor. The towels that were provided were actually SOFT, not scratchy. The room was spacious and we didn't feel cramped. The internet had zero interuptions and was pretty fast. The hotel itself was quiet, even though there were a lot of people checking in and out, you couldn't hear them. But, the best part was the bed! It was THE most comfortable bed I have ever slept in at a hotel. I would recommend this hotel, definately!

“Good value for road warriors”

The Quality Inn Bayside provides good value for travelers in the FWB area. Although the hotel and room are not new or cutting edge, they do provide the essentials that one looks for in business travel: hi-speed internet in the room along with mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, TV, desk with outlets, ironing and a continental breakfast buffet.

“Quality Inn Bayside”

If you have business in Ft. Walton, this is a very nice choice. Clearly an older property, it was primarily the bathrooms that showed the age. The room was large and very nicely appointed with great views of the bay and the Gulf beyond. Microwave, fridge, workout room, and all the bathrooms. Typical breakfast for this class (we drove down the rode to a more colorful breakfast place.

“Happy Customer!”

I enjoyed my stay at Quality Inn Bayside. The hotel is a little older but is still very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. The room was very roomy, clean and everything worked as it should. The location is nice. The gulf was visible from our room. I would definitely stay there again.

“Hotel Critique”

The carpet in room 144 needs replacing, it is way past cleaning. The carpet should be replaced with laminet. The sink and bathtub drain much too slow as if they are not vented properly. The floor in the bathroom needs cleaning also. The linen and bed was fine.

“Good for the price, great view of bay”

The room was clean, the breakfast was adequate. The interior carpets were old and worn, needed to be replaced. The room itself was clean, the view of the bay was very nice. The continetal breakfast was nice. They did not replace the shampoo or conditioner or body lotion at all in the four nights I was there.

“Not impressed”

Front desk staff had to be notified that I was there both upon check-in and check-out. Housekeeping was very friendly and the continental breakfast was fine. There were insects in the room however!

“poor management”

i ask 2 different people at the front desk for no room service and while we were out enjoying the beach (with the dont disturbe sign on the door )the room service came into our room and took the towels and wash clothes and did not even replace the ones they took ! we felt like with our stuff in the room that our privicy had been volated !! told the front desk while i was getting more towels and they said they told house keeping so tell me after night and day crew was told why our privicy was over looked. the lady at the front desk told the manager but we were never contacted by anyone !!!! wow what a customer relations they have their !!
