“The Beach Resort”
The room and view were incredible. The beach was fabulous as was the staff. I upgraded to the beach condo instead of the terrace and would recommend it. It was worth the extra cost. Great location as well.

My husband and I were at the Pelican Bay Resort 8-13-8-19-2010 and stayed in the Pelican Building. It was our first trip to Destin, so we had no idea where to book our stay. I relied on the reviews from Expedia and was not disappointed. We had a few small requests and they were met before we arrived.King bed, lower level, non smoking room, on the beach. It was a wonderful stay and I am secretly planning our next visit. I will definitely be staying at the Pelican. The Water is absolutely beautiful here. and the white sandy beach is gorgeous. Cant wait to go back.

We stayed for the 1st time at Pelican Beach Resort. It was well maintained and clean. Right on the beach. Beach chairs were expensive. Overall our experience is very good.

We had a great time at the Pelican Beach Resort . It has a very good location and a very good view of the beach. It is to get from the swimming pool to the beach. Then room is very clean and comfortable. I can't wait to come back to this fantastic hotel.

This is a great place to stay. I will definately go back. Only thing I wish it had was ice machines large enough for ice chests.

We enjoyed our stay at Pelican Beach Resort. Our room was wonderful with the most gorgeous views from the balcony. We ate all of our meals on the balcony. Our room had a cute lighthouse theme, but decor will vary from condo to condo. Most rooms aren't terribly updated, but they are still nice. Our condo was also very clean. The beach was fine for the time of the year, but I could see where it would be really packed during peak season. We were there a week after labor day at the beginning of the off season. I would recommend staying here.

The resort and condo were excellent! We had a great girls trip and plan on returning in the future.
