Checkout time is 11am. At 9am housekeeping knocked on my door, woke us up (we got in late the night before) and showed off we checked out. This was on top of the roof repair that started at 8am... We were on the top floor so we heard all the noise of hammers and equipment.

How its viewed online is not what it is when you arrived. Stained carpets but other than that, it was quiet and in walking distance to everything

We have recently undergone renovations and a fresh paint coat on the outside of the building. Walking distance to the beach and shopping. Free breakfast was a nice perk. Would be a convenient place to stay to spend time at the Destin beaches.

The rooms were clean and nice- newly updated. The morning breakfast had great choices, too. The location is great for Destin and extremely close to the water. We just wish the hallways, elevator, and parking areas were better taken care of. The elevator had the same big "spill" stain on the floor our entire stay (2 nights). The rugs in common areas were extremely dirty the entire time and the parking lot had trash discarded in it. But like I said, our room was clean, so we let the other stuff go!

There was construction going on in the lobby and breakfast room which caused some inconvenience. Also the cable was out for 2 days so for someone staying alone it made for long evenings/

Our room was outstanding. Very clean, lovely blinds, clean, clean, clean! The lobby was filthy. None of the icemakers worked. The breakfast table was not to the highest level. Fake eggs garbage containers were stacked to the gills in the kitchen where we ate. Our room was outstanding. Maybe I should put that at the beginning. I’ll do that.

Miserable
The door to our room was damaged and you could see into the room. The door appeared as if it had been pried open with a crowbar at some point in the past. The hotel was also under renovation which would have been nice to know prior to booking my room. Will not stay at this hotel ever again.

They were remodeling the lobby area and there was drywall dust everywhere! This was an open area with the breakfast lounge. I had to take my breakfast to my room.as did others. The breakfast was always hot and good, the room was clean. Had we known itthey were re modeling we would have stayed somewhere else.

Great Stay
My stay was wonderful! From the time I arrived and checked in, the staff was very friendly. My room was nice, fresh & clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was great! Will most definitely be staying here again when I visit destin again.

I have stayed at this place 4 times in the last 2 years and have always had a great experience. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating- for example, we got in town early and they let us keep our luggage in a safe place until check in which allowed us to hit the beach, same way with check out they allowed us to leave our stuff until our flight home.

The mattress in room 119 was horrible. I had to get up at 3am and rotate the mattress to sleep away from the sunken center area in the bed. I reported it to the front desk team upon checkout but I have not heard from the property mgr about this stay.

Todo me gusto lo único qu no me gusto es que l personal que se encuentra en la recepción. Siempre están enojadas les pides algo te ponen caras no son personas que pueda. A tender a los clientes . Mi familia llevamos mucho tiempo pasando vacaciones en Destin y siempre regresamos al mismo hotel ..
