The pool and hot tub were closed by the health department and the hotel would not give us any price cut. We only booked this property because they had a pool and hot tub. The closure had been going on for a month and we were not informed.

Yes, I have booked this hotel pacifically for the holiday because of the spa in the pool for my kids to have something to do on Christmas due to that I did not book a second night and we were very upset traveling two states away, and could not enjoy ourselves Because the spa was under construction and the pool was not working so when you book your hotel pacifically to enjoy some family time we just stayed in the room. breakfast is next morning is from 6 to 9 AM. The bosses had the lady from the kitchen evacuate us from the table while we were eating before 9 o’clock and also she starts breaking down before 9 o’clock. would have been really nice for them to let us know upfront on the website that things were not working properly because we could have booked a different hotel but instead they got their money and me and my kids did not have a good time.

Upon checking in we realized the bolt lock wasn't working and the top lock was missing a bolt. Heading out the door the other screw popped out. Maintenence came to fix it but he couldn't I explained to the lady at the front desk what happened and she had a slight attitude because we had to be moved to another room. That rooms bathroom had hair on the toilet and bathroom floor. I will never stay here again!!!!!

Nothing works.
Couldn’t get a single amenity to work. The fitness room was filthy and all equipment was broken, no air conditioning and front desk couldn’t do anything to help. Wi-Fi didn’t reach my room and I was given a number to call and try to fix it myself?? Attempted to fix it for 45 minutes to no avail. Appliances in room were rusty and filthy. Overall awful experience, I feel scammed. Would have gotten better value sleeping outside.

This location has obviously had water damage recently. My first room smelled...funky, and had a mass of hair on the pillow, which I am capable of disposing of but the musty, wet-hamster-cage aroma was too much, my second room had a lesser damp-musty smell, and I was too tired to go back and explain something that shoukd be obvious to anyone working there. After taking some time to look closely, mildew was actively growing on everything and patches of mold have been poorly painted over in several places. As in the bed frame and curtains were obviously mildewed. I would not suggest this place for babies or anyone with breathing impairments, the advertized bedding, was indeed excellent, but sadly the mold and mildew along with the aura of dank funk they exude ruin any hope of a relaxing rest. On top of that I have a residual unexplained $10 charge to my credit card.

The staff was not friendly or helpful at all . I had to change room because the air conditioner wasn't working. The front desk person questioned me as to why I didn't tell her earlier. The breakfast staff was any better. Any questions you asked , they made you feel as if you were bothering them .

Comfortable stay
The beds, blankets and pillows were comfortable and warm. It was quiet, we slept well. Room had small refrigerator and a tiny coffee maker. Breakfast with toast, waffle (make your own),cereal, juices, coffee, round sausage Pattie’s and eggs, Jogurt was offered every day albeit orange juice and Jogurt were in short supply. It would be nice to have a little variation at breakfast (bagels, fruits or oatmeal for instance). We could not make tea in the room as the cups are NOT microwave safe. Baseboard stain over a foot in length was there when we arrived. All together it was a nice stay.

Very poor. Smelled like an old cellar , bathroom fixtures and closet doors ( one was missing) were rusted or broken. Missing cover over bathroom lights. Electric outlets did not work. Trash around the property. VERY rundown property.

Great stay!!
Almost everything was great. Check in was quick and easy. The room was clean. The only change I did not like was that when I needed clean towels, I had to take the dirty ones to the front desk and get more.

Front service was lacking and too many hidden chargers when you arrive. App show rate total much lower then what the hotel charges during check in. Not very ethical, could of book a better hotel if known about the higher rate at check in then the app total showing. Room was pretty much average.

The pool is dirty, the spa is not working. The TV is only having a limit number of channel. Breakfast fruit is spoil/not fresh and limited to one option - apple.

Almost all the receptacles in the room was missing the faceplate exposing the wiring. The hallways smelled and was not welcoming. Ironing board was broken and didn’t latch in an upright position. Payed extra for a suite room with standalone extra room per the Expedia picture, that room was not correctly portrayed so I wasted my extra money on the room I thought I was paying for.
