“disabled”
Hotel was great the man that checked us in made us made . I'm disabled and ask to be close to the elavator , but was put along way from the only one.
“Extremely pleased.”
This is an older hotel, but maintained extremely well. All staff, from the front desk to the on-site restaurant were very pleasant and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The food was even very good! Overall, I was extremely pleased and would certainly stay here again when traveling in or around Fort Smith.

Friendly staff, enjoyed the waterfall noise in the huge lobby area, nice pool area. Be sure to eat the breakfast buffet.

Growing up in Fort Smith I already knew the area fairly well. I went back to visit some friends and was very impressed with the hotel. It was one of the most comfortable hotels i've ever stayed in. Next visit I will definitely be staying here.

Staff was very friendly, room was very clean, breakfast was very good and quick, dinner was delicious, waterfall was too noisy to have a discussion during breakfast.

The Hotel is kept in a high state of maintenance an the staff personnel are very friendly and accomadating. With it's central location, there is easy access to all the local the local sights. The hotel also provides adequate parking facilities with plenty lighting. Truely a "top notch" accomadation that is Second to None!
“Gold in Fort Smith!”
Our room was spacious and comfortable; I was delighted to have NO BACKACHE thanks to an excellent mattress! The staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant was so good, we dined there daily. We will certainly stay there the next time we visit Fort Smith!

Stayed here on both of my last trips to Fort Smith and will probably stay here again next time. Nice hotel conveniently located downtown.
