“Pleasant Desk Staff.”

In addition to upgrading our room, we were offered fresh baked cookies on arrival. Our room smelled slightly of carpet cleaner when you first walked in as it obviously had just had the carpets clean. Within seconds you didn't notice the smell and it was great to actually be able to walk on the floor barefooted! Some reviews mentioned being next to the highway, but we were on the opposite side of the building and we didn't hear anything once in the room. Had to go up a flight for ice, but not too much of a bother. Didn't use pool, but it looked clean and inviting. Breakfast was good, with make your own waffles and hard boiled eggs.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was comfotable. The hotel was in a convenient location. Enjoyed the stay.

“The Best is Baymount”

Terrific hotel that is close to the freeway. The check in clerk was friendly and helpful, be sure to tell them you booked through Expedia...your reservations are on a seperate list. Rooms were clean and pleasent. Best continental breakfast by far.

“Very Satisfied”

This was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and the overall condition of the hotel and our room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. The king size bed in our room was extremely comfortable. Even though our room was on the West side of the hotel and faced I-540, there was very minimal road noise and it was hardly noticeable to us at all. We were also very pleased with their continental breakfast. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely stay at this hotel again.

“More than expected”

I did not anticipate this being such a nice hotel, but it exceeded my expectations. Staff were courteous, room very comfortable, the free wireless internet was welcome (business trip), and their breakfast service was quite extensive. No complaints anywhere, and I'd choose this hotel again if I'm in the area.
