“Recomend”
I would recommend this hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Not as close to highway as other places near by so no traffic noise is a plus.
“Best sleep ever in a hotel room”
Most hotel rooms have uncomfortable beds and pillows but here it's almost as good as home.
“Better than what we were expecting”
We stayed here on our epic cross country move, and chose it due to it's location along our route and price. The staff was incredibly friendly, even though we staggered through the door after driving 11 hours and were barely intelligible. The hotel is pet friendly, and even gave our dog a rawhide chew (probably a genius move on their part, because it immediately shut him up). They also didn't bat an eyelash at our cat and rabbit that were traveling with us, too. The beds, bedding, and bathroom were really nice, better than what I was expecting. There was a complimentary breakfast, which had both hot and cold items. I enjoyed that the hot items were actually hot, and not lukewarm. Should we ever find ourselves in Fort Smith again in need of a hotel, we would definitely go back here

WE WILL DEFINETLY STAY AT THE ASPEN IN THE FUTURE. WE LIVED IN FORT SMITH FOR NINE YEARS AND STILL HAVE FRIENDS THERE THAT WE VISIT. SO THIS WILL BE OUR NEW PLACE TO STAY. THANKS.
“Awesome hotel”
This hotel is awesome. My dog got into some used oil and was completely covered. He was gonna just stay in the back pf my truck but the lady at the desk insisted I bring him in. She gave me some dawn and a bunch of old towels that were gonna get thrown away to clean him with. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast the next morning was very nice also. Do not pass up this hotel. Oh yea the outback across the street will deliver to your room also.
“Very Comfortable”
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. We were there 2 nights and we were very impressed with the good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and never refused anything that we asked for. Would definitely go there again.
“Good place to stay!”
Hotel was easy to get to, had great restaurants right beside us and was in a good location. Staff was polite and courteous as well.
“Excellent hotel!! So relaxing!”
This hotel's staff was so courteous and friendly, the beds (especially the pillows) extremely comfortable, breakfast was yummy with not only the usual cold cereals, bagels and toast, etc., but also biscuits and gravy, hot sausage, bacon and waffles. We enjoyed swimming in the beautiful outdoor pool and definitely can't wait until the next time we are driving through Arkansas to stay here again!
“Will use again in the future”
Clean room, comfortable mattress, friendly staff and quick simple breakfast. Also nearby restaurants.
“A great place”
This was our 2nd stay at this hotel. It was just as good as the first. Staff was very accommodating at check-in and check-out, for maid service, and for breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The hotel really is pet-friendly.
