“a few neat things about an otherwise ordinary hotel”

The building and confort was good, not extraordinary but not bad. What I liked was the friendliness of the clerks, the fact that they gave an extra wakeup call 20 minutes after the original (which I needed or else I would of slept through my flight) and I have stayed in literally hundreds of hotels and for the first time a hotel had some prepacked bag lunches available to take (for free) as I left the hotel in the morning. (This was in addition to a hot breakfast if I would of had the time). Those few extra touches were pretty neat.

“Great hotel, awesome food!”

Service here was wonderful! Everyone was so polite and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The free continental breakfast had lots of variety, and the hotel restaurant was tasty. The bed was nice and firm, and there was a DVD player in the room. There were 2 sinks and 2 mirrors, which my husband and I really appreciated - no fighting for the bathroom! Tim Horton's, McDonald's and various other joints within walking distance.
