“Cape Coral Hotel”
The hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The restaurant was excellent. We had a great time....

The resort was beautiful rooms large and spacious. Secluded area so dinner or outings were 45minutes away
“Hotel and 2 Bedroom Suite were super!”
The hotel was very clean and quiet. The views from the 17th floor were amazing. Billy at the front desk was awesome as was our housekeeping. We were disappointed with the staff at the Naudi Mermaid: no one was friendly or even smiled. When I came from the pool to the bar I asked if a menu was available. Waitress said yes and walked away! Food was great, but please work on wait staff. We can't wait to visit this hotel again!
“This Deserves an Encore-Our Fantastic Winter Break”
Every room had a beautiful view of the marina and river. The staff was one of the friendliest that we have experienced throughout our many vacations. We loved the location to the city and other tourist attractions.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, beautiful resort, clean and well-maintained stylish rooms, family friendly, pet friendly, romantic for couples, quiet and peaceful. Beautiful views-dolphin sitings every morning as well as a manatee and her baby in the marina! I would definitely have another stay.

The resort offers excellent accomodations. Very pleased with the quality of the condo and the overall experience.
“Nice! but...”
The resort is awesome. This was our 2nd year visiting for Spring Break. They did downgrade in a couple of areas. Last year we had access to the adjoining Health Club & Tennis Courts (with 2 extra swimming pools), but they were off limits this year...so we brought our tennis gear for no reason [bummer]. Also, they used to run a Friday night sunset dolphin cruise on their big pontoon boat (free for resort guests), but this year they just give out a postcard for another firm that "they are not affiliated with." We reserved anyway [$210 for 7 people], but when we got down to the boat it was completely packed with 50 people (none of which were even from the resort) and we had no place to sit. They offered to take us the next morning on a 9am dolphin cruise??? Not cool. For the most part this is an excellent place...pool is warm, outdoor bar is great with good food. I would go again.

the hotel staff was wonderful - everyone - friendly smiling could not have asked for anything better - great choice. great hotel I wish them great success with the whole resort area. PS the food was excellent I only wished there were some additional little shops there but it was not a problem
“Outstanding!”
Excellent resort. The only thing better than the facilities is the frendliness of ALL the staff. Would deninetively recommend it. Can't wait to return.
“Great Customer Friendly Staff!!!”
From the time we arrived until the time we left, we were greeted by everyone on staff. Our room was perfect. The complimentary bikes and helmets were such a great amenity. The whole complex is gorgeous, and very tastefully decorated. I love that all the staff have name tags with where their home towns are....makes for great conversations. The grounds are also immaculate.
