“Great vacation!”
Location was ideal. Appreciated that chairs were available to take to the beach and that bikes were available on the property to rent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to friends!

On the Beach., Great room size & convenience. Restful and very clean. Great comfprt. Screened balcony. Quiet . Hear the water at night. Helpful staff. Enjoyabe pool. Great location.
“Perfect”
Right on the beach and one of the best locations for shelling. Great landscaping and appeared to have been totally refurbished inside and out. We were downstairs in motel efficiency #3 ... It was called beach view but we would have said beachfront ... Fab view from our room and screened porch with table 2 chairs and chaise. The fabrics and furnishings were first rate. We would definitely choose it again.

This was our first trip to Shalimar and we would certainly consider going back. The room was clean and right on the beach. The full size fridge and mini-kitchen made staying with our two children perfect. The bathroom was very small, and the a/c unit was kind of loud, but otherwise everything was great.

Hotel was right on the beach. Kitchen in the room was great! Very clean property.

We have stayed here a few years ago and decided to come back. We stayed in the motel which is definitely showing it's age, especially the bathroom and kitchen area. Tile stained and showing some mold, the shower was very difficult to regulate, either way too hot or cold. They used to have maid service, no longer. There is a room you can daily collect clean towels, more soaps, lotions etc. Mattresses and bedding were good though. Location is very nice.
