“Great”
Everything that you want right on property, you never have to leave. The staff was great and food amazing. A great fit for everyone!
“Super hotel with a fantastic view”
Very nice hotel with a wonderful view and very good service
“Sunset Paradise”
Aside from a few minor blemishes on the room quality (dirty washclothes and hair missed by maid service from a previous guest) this hotel was spot on. From the moment we stopped at the front gatehouse to massages at the spa we were treated with an admirable amount of courtesy. Staff was almost disapointed if they couldn't find something to help us with. Would go back in a heartbeat.
“Our second visit!”
We love this hotel. The spa is fabulous! We returned this year for a second visit!
“My Wonderful Stay”
I felt very welcome. Every single staff member was kind and friendly, and extremly helpful. I have no complents on the view, it was absolutly beaufiul and breath taking when you walk in. I didn't expect such nice qualitly.
“Pleasant Stay in Paradise”
The hotel is well-maintained. The staff is solicitous and well trained. Special housekeeping requests are responded to expeditiously. The restaurant menus have been re-designed since our last visit and the fare is all-American with something to suit every guest's taste. The entire resort area is beautifully landscaped and the spa and health-fitness area is especially lovely. I enjoyed walking around the entire area several times a day. I appreciated the botanical labels on the vegetation. It's a terrific place to relax and soak up the sun for a few days and I would recommend this resort to everyone. This was our fifth visit and we loved every minute of our stay.
“a special place”
Grand Bay is a special place, quiet and relaxing. so close to Sanibel and Captiva.
“Very Nice, will definitely go back.”
I have no suggestions, except keep doing what you are doing. It is a great place to stay.
“Excellent central location for beaches, Sanibel and Ft Myers area”
We enjoyed the outer building (Grande Bay) for this trip for the Continental breakfast and self parking but taking the shuttle bus to the main hotel might not be the thing for some. Another down item might be that when the tide was out the mangrove wetlands (great nature walking trail) behind the hotel had a not so enjoyable smell. The Hotels location made visiting areas quite convenient. Overall, we had a very relaxing vacation and would return again.
“taking my husband next time”
the hotel was beautiful. the roomms were very clean.the pools were very nice, forgot about little lizards but they dont bother you. I would definitely go back and definitely stay there. I was close to naples and sanibel island and to tell you the truth I preferred staying there as opposed to staying on the island itself. Take it from me ,my mother really liked it,and she is verrrrrry hard to please.
