The manager was very nice! He upgraded my room to a suite, which was huge. Everything was very clean. The pool and patio are were relaxing and beautiful.

Terrific stay!
If your are looking for full frills, this is not your place. It is clean, convenient to walking downtown, in a beautiful marina setting and very comfortable. Great staff!

Excellent hotel
It was the first time we visited Ft Myers, FL. We went because our daughter competed in a three-day dance competition, so she needed to rest after her performances. In this hotel we were able to rest and recover for the next days of competition. The hotel staff were very attentive and filled my demands. Thank you for your attention and your prompt executions to my demands. Excellent hotel.

Wrong room
It was a rough start, i was given the wrong room. I paid for 2 beds because i had 2 kids with me but got 1 hard bed. The next day we were moved into a room with 2 beds and a tiny bathroom that needs the door fixed. I expected some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but got nothing. Overpriced for what you get

Quaint hotel close to downtown. Could be cleaner. The staff was wonderful. They have a cute tiki in the back with views of the marina. There is no desk in the room, so if you’re coming here and have to work it might be a bit tough.

The view and location were excellant. We stayed for 1 week, did not receive any housekeeping services the whole week, not even a call to see if any services were needed. The ice machine was not working, went to the lobby and was given a ziploc bag of ice.

Spacious, and great location
Very spacious unit, with full kitchen. Separate bedroom which was nice. Walking distance to many restaurants, we also had an amazing marina view. Staff extremely helpful, courteous, would stay there again for sure,

Clean and comfortable with fantastic service
Very friendly and nice service. Needed a late check out and the had no issue. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Great location to walk to restaurants.

Family owned business who really tried to make my stay comfortable. Downtown Ft.Myers minutes away with great restaurants/shops. Great pool for a morning swim. Can't beat it!

Check Your Room Before You Check In.
The front desk wasn't open. The clerk came pretty quick after I got thru to him. He was very pleasant. I requested a ground floor room. Didn't get one. I'm in my 70's and have trouble with stairs. No elevators, but he did offer to help with my luggage. The room was disgusting. I have white hair. My wife is blond. I found black hair on the floor by the bed and in the shower. A broken fingernail was by the dresser and a capsule of some sort was on the bathroom floor. I don't believe the pillow cases had been changed. They were stained. By the time we were checked in the clerk was gone for the night. We couldn't change rooms, so my wife cleaned that one. After that, we didn't see another employee of the hotel until we left. All of their procedures and so called services are geared for their convenience, not the guests. Never again.

Thank you for your review. Are office hours are from 9am-5pm with security on site all evening to assist our guests. We have a push button to reach the guard anytime. You booked via a 3rd party website that states are hours and that we do not have an elevator on site. You did not make any requests for first floor. If you would have contacted us in advance, we would have been able to make proper accommodations for you. I recommend to contact properties directly if you will be arriving after hours or need special assistance. I personal was on property during your stay, including 3 other staff members. I am surprised you didn't see the gentlemen planting new plants that week and pressuring washing the hallways. I was always available for assistance. We apologize your room was not to your satisfaction and have discussed this with our housekeeping department. I can guarantee everything is always replaced in our guest rooms. We take pride in the cleanliness of our rooms. If you were dissatisfied and spoke with us, we would have been happy to adjust your room. Thank you and safe travels.

Room was smaller than anticipated, but decor, mattress/pillows, and large fridge were very nice. The only negative was the large gap under the entry door. It was easily large enough for insects/geckos to come through, so we put a pool towel on the floor to prevent anything from entering.

Very close to the wedding we attended. The room was not the king room we had booked. Instead we were given a room with 2 double beds that were hard as rocks.
