“Absolutely rediculious and unreasonable!!!”

I didn't even get to stay at this hotel...I got to fort mcmurray and forgot my creditcard at home which I figured wouldn't be a big deal because I had lots of money to pay cash for the room plus give them whatever they wanted for a deposit but they wouldn't take it!!! The staff was rude and very unreasonable and they left me and my husband with no place to stay in a strange town and far from home!!! this hotel totally turned me off of fort mcmurray all together and it is safe to say i will NEVER return to that town again!!! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy!!!
