Would have been a great stay had the room not been so cold despite setting the heating to its highest level, and despite having extra blankets. The HVAC really needs some desperately required attention!

Place was clean and very big. I did get lost looking for the elevator but i past it like a dumby but its was good. And the anime con the weekend i went was amazing. Hotel staff where very nice with both the hotel and the helping out the con as well. Also it was very good price for the weekend when i went. Would definitely come back next year if anime con is hosted here.

Room was very spacious, parking was very easy, having a Starbucks onsite was awesome. The walls were a little thin, we could hear our neighbors' various escapades. The bathroom was a little outdated, but everything was clean.

It was very nice and comfortable. The only problem was the noise from the highway that made it difficult to sleep and the chargers in the room didn’t all work. It would be more eco-friendly if they had vegan options.

Perfect location and lovely accommodations all around. NJ transit bus goes right into NYC, no stops, or take a quick ride into the city from here. Room was so quiet and so spacious too, and the staff at desk and restaurants were great. And Bonvoy Lounge staff over holiday were so kind too. Will be back!

We arrived at the bar area on Saturday night before last call. The bar was very crowded, but we were served very quickly. The bar closed at 12am we along with other patrons were asked to leave the bar and take are drinks to the lobby or rooms??? Not cool at all!!! Bad customer service.!!! Hotel reall needs to address that and come up with a better alternative.

Our room was spacious and clean. The check in agent was gracious and patient and went out of his way to show me where to catch the bus to Manhattan the following day and to give me the schedule. He also had a list of close by restaurants for me. It was a safe neighborhood and easy to access. Road noise was minimal at any time and nonexistent after 9 pm

Poor service, poor attention to detail. The common courtesy of not interrupting a person, while speaking flew out the window. During my check-in process, I actually felt as if staff was looking through me. Failing to answer my questions. In their defense perhaps they had worked a double shift very tired dissipating going home. Everyone deserves a fair shake.
