“Holiday Inn Fort Lee”
Hotel was nice. Rooms were clean and service was good. No problems.
“very nice rooms, not happy w/o breakfast”
The only negative to our stay is this is the only hotel we have stayed at that did not serve a continental breakfast. For this reason, I will not return. For the amount of money we pay per night, breakfast is appreciated by customers. If this is added to your hospitality, we will stay again. We will be making frequent trips to NYC and it will be at a hotel with this offered.
“I would not mind staying there anytime”
The beds were comfortable and the staff was really nice and helpfull.
“Great price”
Great price for this hotel. It was a little difficult to find. My only complaints are that the regrigerator made all sorts of noise. Also, room service was a bit pricey and the food was not that great. The bed was extremely comfortable!
“Good value if you need to be in NYC”
The hotel was fine, comfy bed and overall clean. A good value if you are visiting NYC and know your way around. I had a car to go into NYC, but to go over the George Washington Bridge is $8 per vehicle. You even have to pay that when taking a shuttle. If it is your first time visiting NY, you may want to stay in the city. For our purposes it worked out just fine.
“Perfect location to NYC”
The hotel was nice. The staff at the front desk was really helpful. After arriving we wanted an extra room and the staff was really helpful to accomodate us and give us a room at the same price that we had booked for online. The location around the hotel is not so great but perfect to go NYC. Yes... you have to pay an 8$ toll to get over the bridge into NYC, but inspite of that it works out cheaper than staying in NYC.
“Incredible part 2”
I'm very pleased to say that the Holiday Inn took care of my concerns and rectified my bill. The pool was very dirty and they have fixed it now. Will be going back to enjoy a nice time as usual . Thank you to Expedia for taking quick action.

It was indeed a nice vacation staying in Holiday Inn at Fort Lee! The accommodation is excellent at an affordable price.
“Holiday Inn to Times Square: 1 hour travel by public transportation.”
Hotel is fine, a bit noisy as it is next to a busy road. Breakfast is enjoyable, I've had better, but at $10 per person I will not complain. If you intend to stay at this hotel to travel into New York every day by public transportation, you may want to choose a different hotel. Getting into New York is easy: there is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel and for $2,50 the bus takes you over the George Washington Bridge (GWB) and drops you off at the subway station. Getting back is more difficult: you would either have to take bus 158 from the bus terminal in New York which will drop you off on the other side of the GWB again, or you go back the same way you came. Whatever way you choose, you will need to take a taxi from the GWB to the hotel because the busstop on the other side of the street is not a viable option: you cannot cross the busy street in front of the hotel. A taxi from the GWB will cost you $9 and it takes about 7 minutes to get there. From the Holiday Inn to Times Square you should calculate 1 hour travel. Oh, the beds were fabulous, I wanted to take one home with me.
