“nice weekend getaway”
Since moving to florida i have to say ive stayed in a few not so nice places,,,,,, for a small quaint motel getaway i have to say was the best weekend stay ive had ,,,,,,,,,, the rate u cant beat and only steps away from the beach ,,,,,,, my thanks to louis the owner who went out of his way to be nice and gracious in making my stay a great one ,,,,,,,, all owners should take his lead,,,,,,,,,,, gracias louis
“Great Friendly Service!! Very Pleased!!!”
The owner/operator of this villa (Louis) provided the best service to us! He went exclusivley out of his way to accomodate our needs. This villa is located foot steps from the beach and has an awesome board walk with over 25 resturants in walking distance. If you don't like to walk, there are beach crusiers (bikes) provided to you for free to travel anywhere you can pedal too! Also, a BBQ grilles are on site to cook and enjoy a nice dinner if you don't feel like going out to eat. I would recommend this location for anyone who is looking to travel into hollywood beach FL! We will be staying again in the near future!

Only stayed for one night so not too much to tell. Good location, next to the Holywood beach, clean room, kind/helpful hotel owner (Louis). Good price compared to other places (we checked in on a Tuesday at the end of the off-season - apparently it's about 75% more expansive during the peak season) . Actually this is more like a motel than a hotel and parking is kind of cramped with the spots layed out around the establishment. Did not have any problems, even though having rented not a very cheap car I was a bit uptight about leaving it overnight on the street as I did not know anything about how safe the neighbourhood is.Nothing (bad) happened though. Apparently It's a safe neighbourhood.

The room is very small but very neat and clean. Very close to the beach. Perfect for the college student on spring break, but not very practical for an older married couple. The rooms are little shacks clustered together off the street. The hotel offers bicycles to ride on the boardwalk and beach chairs for the beach.
“A very accomodating and friendly experience.”
The owner, Luis, is very gracious. We arrived very late, 1:00 after midnight and he was right there waiting for us with a couple of bottles of water. Our cruise didn't embark until after checkout time. Luis let us check out later and even called a taxi to take us to Port Everglades. Whatever the request we had he went over and beyond to accomodate us. We loved the fact that it was small and run as a Mom and Pop hotel.
