Séjour improvisé en famille. Excellent service, surclassement, chambre spacieuse et confortable. Certes sans spécificité géographique (cela pourrait être une chambre partout dans le Monde), mais extrêmement agréable. Personnel aux petits soins.

De très belles chambres mais pas beaucoup plus
Un rapport qualité/prix pas si bon. De tres belles chambres spacieuses mais assez bruyantes si on a la malchance d'avoir une porte communicante avec des voisins bruyants... Le personnel est dans l'ensemble agréable mais sans plus, le service lors du départ au checkout était assez peu sympathique et sans sourires.Le restaurant dont la nourriture est moyenne et le personnel décevant. L'accès internet était en panne.une belle piscine.

Magnifique hotel sur le bord de la mer!
La chambre avec vue sur la mer est magnifique, elle offre une vue sur l `océan et une vue partielle sur la terrasse avec piscine et spa. La chambre est spacieuse,propre, le lit est tres confortable. Le personnel est accueillant et chaleureux.Pour ceux et celles qui aiment manger dans leur chambre d `hotel ,le service est rapide, courtois et on y mange tres bien.La chambre de bain est grande et luxueuse. J`y retournerais avec plaisir!

The place runs with the priority of the comfort of the guests. Just terrific service. I wish they had removed the minibar that wasn’t so mini. I asked and let it go. I’ll look into Ritz in other locations.

If there is “perfect” in hospitality, The Ritz in Ft. Lauderdale embodies it. Excellent location, food, access to the beach, and the extremely attentive service personnel. If I were to make one suggestion: it is time to invest in the upkeep of the rooms (e.g., furniture)

Staff was exemplary Perfect location Problem of having Inter coastal view is the noise from the buildings hvac condenser turbines and unfortunately the hotel next doors too. We couldn’t really sleep well. Even though we were on the 14 th floor.

Absolutely wonderful experience!!! Very clean room and this place has friendly, courteous staff from the housekeepers, the valet staff and the wonderful lady at the front desk who set the tone for the whole experience. The photos of the pool do not do it justice either. It’s larger than it seems. The only downside would be that the walkway from the pool area wasn’t working and the elevator from the pool to the street was hit and miss but this did not detract from all the plus points we encountered. We will definitely be back.
