“Better than expected!”

At 40 bucks a night, you don't expect a 5 star hotel. The room was small but it was clean and the location was great: near the beach and golf courses. The only things that annoyed me was that the wireless was down most of the time and the breakfast was until 9am only...but who cares at 40 bucks a night???

The hotel was good for the price, we did notice a roach in the hallway but no bugs in the room. For the price you can't complain.

“good value”

As we were traveling, we spend two separate nights coming & going. The first night was just fine and the continental breakfast was good. The second visit a week later, we were on the second floor and had to carry all our luggage up the stairs (no elevator). I asked to change to a room on first floor but none were available. There were no bath towels in our room. There was some looking on their part to find some. There was no breakfast (maybe because it was Christmas Day?). We were just looking for a place to spend the night, but was a little disappointed on the second night's stay.

“Overall good experience”

Overall, I was happy with my stay. There were a couple things I had issues with. The exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work. There was only one switch so I assumed it was to come on with the light but nothing. I was in a smoking room so it would have been a nice feature to have. Its South Florida, I cracked the window. Another would be the heater. I know it is Florida but this has been record low temps season lately. You could certainly tell the heater doesnt have many hours on it. Smelled like burning something and it only ran for 5 mintues at a time and would shut off. Very strange. But the continental breakfast was good but gone fast!!! I would go back!

“I don't see what others found wrong”

I stayed in this hotel on the 4th of July weekend. The staff is kind and helpful. The room was spacious and well air-conditioned. Downtown pizza delivered the BEST pizza I EVER ate. I had no interruptions and the room was quiet. This is a great place to stop for the night!

“Helpfull Staff”

The hotel is older, but clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpfull. Parking was not great do to a broken side door. Over all a ok place to stay unless your pickie!

“Decent place”

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for the 2011 spring break. The personnel is friendly, rooms are good for the money you pay. Good location. Breakfast is just a mere name: coffee, cereal, bagels, and donuts. The impression I got is that the management tries to keep the place clean and affordable. At least, what was in the reviews and hotel description is correct. For those who wanna save on car, it is about 1.5 miles to the beach or around 35-40 minutes` walk. Taxi from FLL is about 50 dollars.

Not a luxury but worhted for the price! I do liked the fact that it has a refridge and a coffeemachine in it.
