“Excellent cruise hotel”

Good location for cruise travellers. Room spacious, clean, well maintained with excellent front office reception and breakfast. Free shuttle to cruise port and Hollywood Int airport at sheduled dep times with no delay. Publix grocery store, Walgreens, Dollar store, Chinese, Italian restaurant within 2 mins walking distance. Will definitely stay again on our next cruise. Stayed one night before the cruise and two nights after the cruise. If you do not want to drive, No 12 bus on Sheridan St takes you to Oakwood plaza mall(West), Hollywoood beach (East) and to the West regional terminal where you can take bus 22 to Sawgrass Mills mall. Would recommend this hotel for all cruise ship travellers departing from Port Everglades and Hollywood Int. airport. The business centre allows you to print your airline boarding pass and your ship boarding pass as well as surf the internet at no costs.

“Great pre cruise hotel”

Have stayed many times pre cruise. There's a shuttle from the airport and another one to the port. Great restaurants across the street. Walgreen's is next door. There is a Publix for incidentals.Plus you can take a nice walk to the Broadwalk in Hollywood Beach where there are many restaurants and great people watching.

this is a great place to stay if traveling to/from the Ft. Lauderdale airport. the shuttle was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the free breakfast was great. i would stay here again if in the area.

“Great Value”

My wife and I and another couple stayed here before and after a cruise. We were looking for something reasonably priced, close to the beaches (we rented a car the last day), and close to the airport. This hotel offered what we were looking for.

Stayed here beofre a cruise and they were very helpful, and even lined up an excursion before we went. Then Breakfast was very good and the room was clean. Was close to a grocery store and Walgreens. I would stay here agian

“Can't wait to go back”

This year we decided to stay at the SleepInn & Suites for the full 9days 8 night of our vacation. I must say that we were so impressed by the hospitality displayed to us during our stay. The hotel staff at the front desk were very friendly and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. We were out most of the day and upon our return to the hotel in the evening our room was very clean. We stayed on the third floor and the room was immaculate. We were very satisfied. Ever since we got back we haven't been able to stop talking about the Sleep Inn.

13 years ago I lived a few blocks from where this new hotel is now located so I knew it was a nice neighborhood. This is a lovely, friendly, comfortable place to stay with convenient access to all of South Florida whether you rent a car at the front desk or walk to US1 and catch the #1 bus. Even near the hotel you can walk to local shops along quiet streets. The staff were helpful and friendly, the room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. In response to a previous comment - the water pressure was very high. Add to that the great price for the room thanks to Expedia and the free shuttle to the airport or Port Everglades, I will definately return to this hotel on my next trip to Ft. Lauderdale.

Stayed here both pre-cruise and post-cruise.Very close to cruiseport and hotel couldn't be nicer.Second time staying both before and after cruises. Comfortable and very clean. Nice breakfast too.(But could be earlier to accomodate early departures for cruise customers.) A++++++
