Loved...loved loved this place!...from NYC and didn't expect to be so surprised with the cleanliness, comfort AND LOCATION to all the important nearby attractions!

“Perfect place to start a cruise.”

A perfect place to stay a night prior to cruise embarkation.Very friendly staff. Coordinated service really makes it easy to for cruiser, free shuttle from the airport and to the port. Throw in a free breakfast and internet and what more is there to complain with the very reasonable amount they charge.I will definitely stay here again if ever I will be in this city.

“Well Pleased”

This was my second time using this hotel. I have no complaints. 'The rates are very reasonable considering the services that the Ramada Inn offers, the free shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the cruise port, the free full breakfast, 2 inhouse restaurants, need I say more. I was very impressed with the new elevator that they put in the hotel that was not there on my first visit. The hotel also supplies shuttle service from the cruise port after your return for a reasonable fee. If you are looking for a place to stay over for a night or two before you leave on your cruise, the Ramada Inn is the place to go. The only downside is that there is not much to do within walking distance but that is not why you are choosing this location.

“Delightful visit”

Lovely rooms surrounding pool, but seemed private from other sections. Tropic walkways led to main building. Staff was extremely helpful, allowing use of office computers for printing airline boarding passes when other printers in computer room were not working, and assisting when rental car battery died. Breakfast room was much larger and more comfortable than usual corner found at many hotels--but selection was quite limited. Proximity to airport and directions on local roads made car return and timely arrival for flight quick and easy.

“Made travel easy”

They were friendly, they had coffee and coffee cake for us while we waited for our room to be cleaned. It was quiet and comfortable. They also offered a free shuttle to go to the nearby mall to pick up any forgotten items.

The service, amenities, and staff were A-1. The location in the middle of nowhere is a drawback: unless you're renting a car, be prepared for hefty taxi bills.

“Ramada Airport/Cruiseport, Finally Customer Service is Back!!!!”

I can not begin to thank the staff, courtesy is definetly contagious! This was my first time at the Ramada Airport/Cruiseport hotel. From the minute the shuttle picked us up, to the day of check out, this was a very pleasent experience for me and my family. The check in was prompt, rooms and hotel extremely clean, I enjoyed a day at the pool ,which also had a great tiki hut serving drinks and a nice BBQ. There was a great complimentary continental breakfast, everything looked so good! We ate at both the restaurants on the property enjoying all of our meals. This location puts you right in the middle of everything, the beach, malls,convention center, and the beautiful Las Olas blvd. There is not a doubt in my mind I will be staying there again and encourage others to do so as well. Thank you Ramada for making our vacation extra special!

“Great placefor the money and families”

I was in Ft. Lauderdale for a family reunion, and the majority of the family stayed there except for the memebers who live in there. Our get acquainted night and the family banquet was held at the Ramada, on two seperate nights of course. The staff went out of their way to make this reunion a memorable one and I want to thank them for going above and beyond the call of duty. The Ramada is located a short 5-10 ride from the airport, which made it very easy for me since I had a 0600 flight out. Don't let the rating fool you on this Inn,(2.5), because it rates a lot higher than that in my book. My only concern is that the use of the room safe should be complimentary. I Highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again on my return trip to Florida.
