“No special preference”

There were ants in the washbasin but the hotel was clean and the bed wonderful. The pillows were wonderful too.

“Convenient for airport”

Room was clean and reasonably comfortable; staff were helpful. We arrived at 8pm and had a 6am flight out of FLL so location near airport was important. Nothing else to recommend it.

“loved the hotel”

my husband and i enjoyed our stay. it was a stop before our cruise the next day. everyone in the hotel was very nice.

“never again”

just not what I expected.

“Not impressed”

I was locked out of my room for over half an hour on the morning that I was due to leave Florida. The key would not open the door and the hotel staff were unable to do anything about it. For about 45 minutes I was standing in front of my hotel room with my luggage locked inside and worried that I would miss my flight because the door would not open. I didn't even get an apology much less compensation for the ordeal from the hotel staff. Finally when the door open the lift stopped working and I had to take the stairs with my luggage.

“repairs needed”

Shuttle service and hotel employees were quite helpful. My only problem was the fact that the bathroom door could not close. Rooms should be viewed by room attendants for any repairs needed and management should be advised.

“Reasonable pricing for facilities provided”

Staff good and helpful. Restaurant in hotel provided nice food when arrived from long trip. Breakfast worth the $5 and good quality. Can improve the level of cleanliness in hotel.

“Fort Lauderdale Worst”

i did not like the condition of the room. i was itching in bed and the room was not clean properly. i had to ask the front desk serveral times for small towels which the maid should have provided them when they clean the rooms. i thought the room had complimentary breakfast in nthe morning but i had realize when they told me i had to pay $6. i did not like the service and i will not stay there again because it has reminded me that i was staying in a motel.
