The property is near stores and resturants which is good for gas and quick bites. The rooms look updated and clean, but the overall hallway, interior carpet and floors were dirty. To get to my room, I went throug the side door which was suppose to be locked, but the door was open for anyone to enter all night. This hotel was just pitstop, before my cruise and you get what you pay for, but I couldn't see myself paying $300 for in Dania Beach, just to sleep 5 to 6 hours.

The property is centrally located, clean and quiet. I will recommend La Quinta to all my friends and family. I only wish there was a restaurant on the property so we could dine instead of going out. Overall, I had a great day.

This was a decent hotel for one night! Pros: lots of restaurants and places to eat in walking distance, not as expensive as other hotels, nice room Cons: The pool and jacuzzi needed to be cleaned better, we could hear our neighbors conversations very clearly through the walls, and some people were creepy lol

The staff have been great. The room was very clean. A few pieces of furniture are a bit worn, but the beds were good. Two major issues that would prevent me from staying here again: the walls are thin so a bit noisy, and the water was not good. By not good, I mean it had a yellow tinge. Seriously. I will be letting the manager know. But it sure didn't make me feel clean and I hope it doesn't cause me health issues.

I swear this hotel had bed bugs since I got there and sat on the bed even after spraying disinfected I am still itching. I have never been to a hotel like this. My last two selections from this site have been the absolutely worse. I am glad this was just a one night stay I can’t do anymore 3star hotels from this site because they gather the worse ones.

Room was great. Very good breakfast. Easy parking. I wished it would have been able to assure the late check out. I was asking for that before arriving, at check in… they told me to wait. Then on my last day told me it wasn’t possible because there were others before. That was the only thing. The rest was fine.

This is an ok property. We stayed for 2 nights before a cruise. The hallways are dated- not enough seating in the breakfast area. It was ok. Overpriced but prices are crazy everywhere.

Great pool and spa Room clean and functional (recently renovated). Some aspects to sharpen up (door was catching on frame due hinges loose) and carpet in corridor had torn/lifted in places. Breakfast options limited but sufficient. Breakfast seating capacity not adequate. People standing with food waiting for a seat to be vacated (there is space for more seating outside, so could be eased readily). Staff mixed (some friendly and some downcast) Overall a good stay.

The hotel is very dated. It is good for a short stay and very conveniently located near Wawa and other fast food restaurants. The staff were nice. I didn’t realize there would be $100 hold on my card for room cleaning and a misc $6.81 charge.
