Needs an up grade

The parking is not good at all, can be very dark in some areas, seems dangerous, and there is hardlly enough space to open your car door, the only way to get off your car is to dent other people's car. And the rooms smell

a waste of money

It was a huge let down. My husband killed a roach crawling on the door, grabbed a pillow & it was filthy, the bathroom had dried coffee down the wall and so on. I would have gone somewhere else but I was taking a huge exam at 0900 in the morning and We had no idea where we were.

Horrible Experience

Cons: remodel the hotel, inforce the rules of the hotel
The phone in the room did not work, the room wasn't clean, the machines in the gym did not work, Guest with pets had their pets poop in the walk way of the other guests

Dissatisfied Customer

Never have I been more dissatisfied! When I went to my room at around 3:30pm, I called back down to front desk because my room smelled like smoke so I requested another room but was told there were no other rooms available. Some one at the front desk said they could send someone to spray so After my second call, some one finally came to the room and handed me a bottle of (ginger and something), air freshner. The air conditioner was noisy and what really surprised and disappointed me most is that with 4 people in the room we only had 2 washcloths and 2 bath towels. I asked my daughter to call the front desk and ask for 2 more of each but she was told they did not have any more towels. I walked down to the front desk and told them my daughter just called, but before I could finish my sentence the lady at the desk went to the back room and handed me more bath towels and said she has to check housekeeping for wash cloths and would bring them to my room. When the lady came to the room she said they did not have wash cloths. I have never stayed at a hotel, (until now) that ran out of towels. I now question the cleanliness of the linen.

Great hotel for the price. Room was clean and had a mini fridge. Breakfast was great and staff was very kind and accommodating. Wouldn't definitely go back

Pros: Natalie at the front desk.
Cons: facilities need improvement, badly.
Room smelled like smoke and toilet did not work properly. Breakfast was second class.
