I didn’t know what to expect when I arrived. I thought we were staying at the resort. However upon check in they advised me that we were staying in the “annex” which turned out to be a house around the corner. It’s clean and in a nice neighborhood. If you want a resort atmosphere though you may want to stay on the main property. The staff were exceptionally nice.

The check in was seamless and fast. The room was well appointed and clean. I would highly recommend staying here. It is literally steps from Wilton Drive and the heart of Wilton Manors entertainment district!

Duke was awesome! My husband & I came in late pass office hours. And he was assisted us anyway. Evan went to store for us for Ice like 1am in the morning! Staff was also awesome. Place was beautiful

It was a beautiful and clean play to stay and just steps away from Wilton Drive. It was so easy to check in (no contact) and all the information provided (gate codes/room codes) was easy and efficient. Bed was comfortable and they had quite a variety of snacks available for a guest. Checking out process was the same as checking in and it was so very convenient. A definite gem in Wilton Manors.

The outdoor space was beautiful, so peaceful and tranquil. The room was clean with a cozy bed, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and for an extra cost, refreshments were provided. Michael, the host, was awesome! It's definitely worth the stay... a small oasis of serenity amidst the bustling city.

Good area for a night of going out to nearby bars. However the room was in poor condition and had a strong odour of cigarettes and weed. Poor soundproofing. Blinds in door don’t work. Pool is nice.

Beautiful room and tried to make it very comfortable. Some draw backs: The door had broken blind that were inside and we couldn’t access. Luckily they were closed enough for privacy. The shower had no curtain. Luckily the bathroom Matt was large enough to prevent slipping. The remotes for the TV were not operable. No biggie because of your generous WiFi, streaming on my iPad helped. Thank you for ease of communication and friendliness.

1 star for location near Wilton Dr, 1 star for 2 nice pools, this is one of the only properties that lists as Non-Refundable, and that should be enough of a red flag for you to consider not to stay here, in-room shower in unit 1B was inoperable and not repaired during my stay, had take cold showers using outdoor pool shower, also window style AC unit was old & too small for size of the room and could not keep up in >90°F Florida heat, there was no complimentary coffee packets and no pool towels like other rooms had, towels & linens had stains and zero room service cleaning daily, sink drain was clogged & backed up, 2x i did not have anywhere to park my car due to locals cheating by using up reserved guest spaces, also 2 of spaces are tandem parking for 4 cars if someone blocks you in you cant get out, office does not manage parking assignments nor license plate records you simply are stuck and can"t get out, on my last day someone tried to check into my room 2 hours early before my checkout time had even arrived, raising security concerns since door e-passcodes are not changed between guests, also local strangers passing thru property taking a shortcut from an adjoining unlocked 6th St side property, no staff around most time unless there to check you in to make their MONEY, at $240/nite, over $700 for 3 nights, completely unacceptable lodging! Stay somewhere else for 1/2 price, get more value, use uber rides into Wilton & it will about average out, location is not everything

The location is awesome, the staff and inn keeper were very friendly and accommodating,close to the drive and all the shops and bars, however the place is in need of repair and attention, pool was dirty, a/c was less then cold, and a lot of people in and out who were not guests.

Disappointing Visit but No Follow-up with Guest
First the good; the location is great, the room was clean. The welcoming text message was nice to inform me of the access codes and the room location. I appreciated being notified the room was ready an hour before check-in or I thought it was ready. Unfortunately, there is more bad than good. Upon my arrival, I wanted to take a shower since my day began early, 3:30 that morning. After opening the door, I noticed the shower was completely disassembled. I immediately notified staff of the problem. The shower was eventually repaired by the time I returned from dinner around 9:00, but it ran all night making it difficult to sleep. I notified management of the pool of water which accumulated behind the toilet. Adding to the shower noise was the portable air conditioning unit in the room. The unit was not able to cool the room enough for comfort, and it ran constantly and was very loud. When I notified an employee about the AC they replied the wall/central AC should be working. I could never get the wall AC to turned on. I would say the most disappointing aspect of the whole visit was the lack of communication with the management. I texted the staff on the phone number I had but the management failed to reply to me or provide any updates on the progress of repairs. I personally don’t feel I received the value I paid. After sharing my experiences with the management. No, one took the time to reach out to me directly to offer any type of remedy.. very sad.
