“Nice place to stay.”
This was a great place to spend a night or two. Nothing fancy, but very clean. The room included a full kitchenette, and was well equipped--so well laid out that you'd be able to live there for a while. Plenty of places to shop and eat within a block or two.
“Comfortable and Good Location”
The hotel was very comfortable and close to mayor malls and restaurants. The only thing that I missed was a cofee mug and a glass. I had a cofee machine but had nothing in wich to drink it.
“Clean & centrally located”
What a hotel!!! It is definitely worth the cost. The maid service only comes once a week but you can go to the front desk for more towels and clean sheets. The service is wonderful and it was great having all the comforts of home in the hotel, ie. almost regular size fridge, 2 coil burners, microwave, sink, dish washing soap, ice cube trays, plates, cups, silverware, pots pans etc. Truly a great vacation!! You even get Showtime for no extra charge, Yipee!!!
“Terrific bargain”
A clean, comfortable place to stay with basic kitchen amenities (toaster, microwave, refrigerator,coffee maker and 2 burner stove). Located near restaurants, stores and major highways.Worked perfectly for our needs. Would not hesitate to return.

They provided a clean and comfortable room on short notice. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Was very happy with stay.

“Highly recommended”
My stay at this hotel was simply great. it depends on what your agenda is.We were shopping and the ground floor suited us fine. Drive up to your door and unload!!! The hotel could provide better quality cutlery and more dishes.2 of us but still just 2 plates and 2 glasses was not enough. Important to check your key card for your phone extension as i did not and missed important calls as I gave the extension written on my phone.The excuse was that they move around phones all the time. Apart from that all was well I would stay again and again. Locality perfect,everything is within short distance. Looking forward to my next Fort Lauderdale visit

The only thing I would change is the quality of the cookware in the kitchenette. Everything else was very good.
“Very Suprised”
The Homestead was a very nice hotel! I had actually purchased a package deal which included the hotel, ticket, and rental. I expected the hotel to be cheap because the total was so reasonable, but to my suprise the hotel I stayed in was very nice! It had a kitchen, microwave, and refrigerator, which came in handy because we were there for a week. It was a very nice pleasent stay with a great view of a pond that I occasionally went an set at.
“Surprisingly Good Stay”
Very comfortable and very affordable. A little difficult to find, but once you do, it's easy to re-find. They clean the room once a week for those who stay more than 7 days but otherwise it is optional for a fee. I did not feel the need for any cleaning during our 2 night stay. One warning: bring shampoo/conditioner as they do not provide any.
