“Great hotel and location”
Very nice hotel, well- appointed, friendly, helpful staff. Room service dinner was delicious. No trouble at all with leaving our car there for a week, while we were on a cruise. shuttle to and from the airport was a nice touch.
“Very Comfortable like being at Home”
This hotel had all the comforts of home and close to the interstate for easy access . Business travel made very Comfortable . First time at a Holiday Inn .
“Would use again.”
We got in on a late flight so by the time we got to the hotel it was 11:00 p.m. It was a long travel day so we were tired. The room was spacious; nothing special about the beds. Since we would be getting up early to board a ship, we just wanted to get some sleep. It was fine for a short night, but if I were going to be staying several days, would have opted for something a little more "plush."
“Great time!”
We noticed everything to be exactly what we expected and more. Had a great time. Very conveniently located too.
“Good stuff...”
We didn't have much time at this hotel, but wished that we would have stayed here rather than moving to another hotel we had book ahead of time. Front desk staff were very accommodating and rooms were clean. The pool area was really beautiful. Only complaint was that the wait staff didn't get the food order correct at the restaurant, but things like that happen. Would stay again if in the area.

great selection in manu especially breakfast. Good relaxing area in labby. staff very friendly.
“Don't depend on the airport shuttle service.”
We specifically stayed at this hotel as they offer a deal where you can stay the night and leave your car in their parking lot at no charge while you travel. You can use their free airport shuttle service to get to and from the airport. When we returned and called to get the shuttle we were told they would send someone right then. We waited one hour, called 3 times, and they never came and picked us up. Ended up taking a cab and having to pay for the ride.
“loud, loud, loud”
maybe it was just bad luck but we are a family with two 8 year old boys who go to be at 9 p.m. The partying in the surrounding rooms... all men in their 20's drunk out of their minds started at 11 p.m. And when one of them "Special K" couldn't wake up to catch his flight.. his friends started banging and kicking his door at 7 a.m. trying to wake him... obviously passed out. No respect for others! You would think the hotel staff would at least address this by putting us in a room far away from these dummies. Oh well... it was only one night and we survived. The toiled clogged and after waiting an hour my husband made a second call down to the front desk. Finally someone came and took care of it. The only plus was the heated pool... other than that it was a downer.
“Average”
Our door to our room had a bad door handle and was falling apart. Room was average. Pool was nice.
“not impressed in terms of value for money”
All things considered the Days Inn across the road offers better value and includes a continental breakfast plus free coffee service all day. The Holiday Inn by contrast is pay for all meals and the lobby coffee service ends at 10.00 am. If the coffee urbn is empty then coffeee service ends even earlier.
